AT&T Store

Our representative we worked with was fun, easy to understand, and actively listened to any&all concerns. He helped us with our young daughter who was starting to get a little wiggly by finding paw patrol while we wrapped up setting our new phones up before leaving the store. 10/10 service & experience!

I’ve been to this store a few times and Mack has helped me both times. He is awesome, so nice and he has fixed my problems both times. I really enjoyed working with him.

Jacobe is the man!! He always has the right words to say, and if he don’t know the answer, he’s more than happy to figure it out for you. Such a great guy and we are really happy to run into him again. Very knowledgeable in all the ins and out of AT&T. He is also not pushy at all. We just love the man all around. Thanks again Jacobe for all your help!!!

Listen. I was just out here. Eating pepperoni pizza and hot wings. And my boy Hem and Keyle came out and they all like bra lemme get you a phone and I was like nah fam and he was like nah dude I’m broke and they was like I got you so they hooked me up. So I went inside they made me go downstairs to the basement and then they showed me where the phones are made and hooked me up. Unfortunately I’m still down here. Send help.

Everything was amazing and it went by so fast and smoothly, I got right in. So there is nothing you can't improve because everything's perfect of what you guys do, so thank you.

Mack C. Strutted over and handled business last week, he is a cool person on top of being an informative one. He set me up with my new Samsung Watch with ease and helped me figure out some of the initial motions I needed to know. Honestly no matter what I say up to this point matters other than right now, and right now I will tell any and everyone he is the best tech/rep I have ever dealt with, he is~ or should be~ the model of customer service to build on

Had a great experience at the Blue Springs AT&T on Coronado. Haleigh was patience, pleasant, and helpful in assisting our family with new phones. The ambience was inviting because of the friendly staff. Store was busy but they were able to assist customers on a timely basis. Been to several AT&T stores that didn't have the same atmosphere as this location. Manager Sean and his staff exemplified excellent customer service the whole 3 hours we were there. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for an upgrade or new device. You guys exceed 5 stars in my eyes. Keep up the great work. 👍

I arrived at AT&T in Blue Springs.
Gavin began assisting me with an excellent attitude and ambition to help. I had a very complex issue regarding my account and he assisted me with until it was resolved with excellence. Including two phone calls to other AT&T employees. Thank you, I highly recommend.

Mara was awesome! We went to another store first and were told that they did not have what we needed so we drove to the blue springs store and were promptly greeted by Mara. She finished with her customer and began helping us right away. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, an all around great experience!

This location is awesome. I've been there many times over the years and the customer service has always been excellent. Recently I purchased several new phones and Daniel guided me through the process flawlessly and even advised me of how I could take advantage of a big promotion that saved me a ton of money on my purchases. Thanks to all the staff at that location.

I don't normally leave reviews on here unless I am truly taken back by a service or quality of a product in a positive or negative sense. In this case, it was a VERY positive experience that my husband Brian & I had with one of the Representatives at this specific location in Blue Springs off of Coranado Drive. Her name is Haleigh! With our dilemma we had she was so eager to help us out (she knew from past experience this would take awhile to get the processes completed but took it with open arms) she was patient, helpful in assisting us with transferring numbers & trading in our old phones with new phones. The best was her explaining it to us as if we were customers not other phone provider reps which is always a plus! We had laughs & carried on conversations of just about anything (we were there for quite sometime) but we had no idea since she made our experience worth talking about. Thanks you Haleigh! PS: Bob owes her a margarita & a steak dinner! 😏

Gavin provided outstanding service helping me with my existing account and setting up a new service. If he didn’t know the answer to a question, he would figure it out. I’ve been an AT&T customer for many years and have always received good service, however Gavin knocked it out of the ballpark and saved me money!

The store was not busy, which helped, but Mack came over and introduced himself immediately. He talked to me about my needs, made a few suggestions and showed me comparisons. Buying the phone and adding the line was fast and easy. Mack was extremely friendly and helpful.

The service was outstanding at the Blue Springs location. I spoke to Donovan on the phone this afternoon, and he provided valuable information. We came to the store shortly thereafter, and we were checked in quickly. Haleigh greeted us quickly and provided a wonderful solution for our needs. She was an extraordinary ambassador for AT&T, and we left the store satisfied and grateful.

I didn’t get the name of the young lady that helped me, but I was trying to make a cash payment at the kiosk. I didn't realize she was watching me, in case I needed help. Once she saw me preparing to put cash into the machine she politely came over to stop me, and offer to take my payment at a register. She was very nice and personable, and took my payment very quickly.

I was in a rush, so I’m thankful that she was able to assist me in a timely manner, while making just the right amount of conversation to not be annoying.

Haleigh was AMAZING! She helped us a few months ago when we switched to DirectTV Stream and then just helped us switch our cell phones to AT&T. She got us some great deals and made the entire process super easy and hassle free!
