Farmacie by the French Market

We stopped for breakfast and coffee and really enjoyed everything we ordered. My husband ordered the crepes, and these hazelnut filled pastry similar to a munchkin from Dunkin and he thoroughly enjoyed both items he ordered. I had a spinach and bacon quiche and it was delicious and surprisingly very filling. I ordered a lavender oat milk latte and it was also great.

They had a wonderful selection of prepared items in the cases, and a whole menu of addition items that you could order. Plus they have a lovely seating area in the back that is nice and shaded, and the perfect place to enjoy your order.

There was plenty of free parking in the parking lot just before the Market. And I think I saw a single charging station if you have an EV.

The restaurant also has well curated collections of artisan soaps , candles, jewelry and books . It absolutely gorgeous. The staff is welcoming and friendly. A great place to bring your lab top to get some work done or to join a friend .

This is a very nice coffee shop featuring Illy coffee. They have a variety of fresh pastry options ranging from sweet to savory. A great deal of attention is paid to the interior decoration, with rustic-looking chairs and wooden communal tables creating a relaxing ambiance. There is also a covered courtyard with two fountains adding to this place’s overall appeal.

Set in a beautifully renovated corner store built in 1905, the name Farmacie is inspired by the original Pharmacy that this building was once used for. Many of the original fixtures and details have been thoughtfully preserved.

Ideally placed seats by the shopfront window allow you to sit and enjoy a coffee whilst reading a book or just watching the world go by. Alternatively, and for larger groups, there’s a lovely Zen-like walled garden out the back with a long table.

The service from the team at Farmacie is warm and attentive.

First time time going there with friends. Ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant. I've had that before in other places but nothing compares to the one I had at Farmacie. Beyond delicious. And would recommend. 👏🏾👏🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Farmacie is a beautiful new espresso bar/ cafe in one of my favorite towns on the Jersey Shore - Highlands! There's a great courtyard out back for warmer weather. Inside you'll find amazing coffee and some of the best pastries around. Definitely a very welcome addition to town!

The Iced Americano & the Iced Vanilla Latte we’re both perfection! Love the Croissants too. I’m a big fan of The French Market so I knew this place had to be excellent. I will be returning many times over!

Just had their bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast croissant. Deliciously filling! Very generous portion! Five stars 😊

What a wonderful place! Their drip & espresso coffee is Illy which is an elegant brand from Italy- big plus for me. The pastries are always fresh (try the everything croissant!) & the Lorraine quiche is quickly becoming the go to lunch in my house.
Friendly staff, beautiful location (i even had a meeting in their outside area!) with good coffee/food & unique & beautiful homeware. I’m so happy they decided to move into Highlands.

We had a very nice brunch this morning.
The coffee was delicious, we each had a stuffed croissant (spinach and feta) and (leek& parm) and our picky toddler enjoyed an apple cinnamon croissant.
We also too a couple of quiches to go for lunch later today.
Everyone was very friendly, the service was fast and the food was great.

We had a great experience grabbing coffee and a dessert today. Loved the energy and feel of the place. The woman who waited on us was super nice. The berry dessert we picked to share had great flavor and so was the coffee. If you're in the area give it a try.

Friendly staff and fresh pastries!

This place is a gem. Great food and location. Authentic "pain au chocolat", hard to find in the area. Prices are high, but justified by the overall quality.

Ran in on a whim. Hands down best French Onion Soup I have ever had! So excited to have a place to run into real quick for something yummy a block away!
