I went on Tuesday around 10am very fast. No issue at all.

A wonderful job on my hummus and avocado tomatoe sandwiches, very delicious!!! Coffee is amazing as well,... Dark and 4 espresso shots, LOVE IT!!

This experience at the Charlestown Dunkin Donuts was very pleasing. There was a very professional courteous and sweet girl named Olive working who made my experience outstanding. She is obviously one of your better pics as employees go. But I gave kudos to her for being so upbeat and making my experience so nice. You should give her a pat on the back or a Christmas bonus but whatever it is you do to your better employees.

Very good customer service. Location was very clean.

Best stop along Rt 1 on the way to the beaches. I was so happy when they opened Dunkin here. Store is still like new and employees are polite and quick.

Fast and quick even when busy. The only weird thing is careful if coming from the beach side dont miss the turn in, across from CVS, or you'll end up on route one. Learned that the hard way the first time!

Why don't you have a weekly random bonus check for those noteworthy staffers? Great for PR and it would really help both the workers and others who are reluctant to get out of the house. Hell, you probably will save advertising dollars...so give'em a break, not just a round of applause. I'll personally toast the manger with such dare e doo...so who will wear the new French Crousant Nepolean-style hat?

They wer very patient with me. I was a little frazzled that day. You know, like when your all awkward and fumbling? I was having a major life challenge. I appreciated thier time and understanding.

The gentleman taking orders was very peppi, Lively made a smile come on your face and it made you feel good and today's date is Saturday the 26th.

Staff and management are amazing. Store is clean and stocked and guests are served with a sense of urgency
