AT&T Store

Great customer service. Store may be busy at times but worth the wait. Got helped in two different t occasions by reps one of them was Bryce and the second one was Jordan. Also worked with the manager Michael his sales is A one on point recommended getting fiber and TV services. Works great.

Logan is phenomenal! He is a great example of what it means to serve the customer. He truly listened to what we wanted and was able to help us learn what plan would be the best for us. We are very pleased and thankful for his help.

This AT&T makes things go smoothly, I can't say the same for other locations. Should I ever need to go to an actual storefront, this one would be my choice after visiting 3 within the Claremore and Tulsa area the day prior.

Clint was phenomenal and took the time and patience to help me troubleshoot. He dedicated 4 hours of his time to help and ended up resolving all of the issues. Without his help I would have never been to resolve the issue. I'm so grateful ge was able to help me and keep me calm and even offer water and be kind to my dog. I had a great experience and I'm happy to now be a AT&T customer. Thank you Clint!!

Awesome Customer service from Logan! We visited the store for new phone upgrades on 1/10/2024 and were super impressed with how helpful and knowledgeable Logan was.

Loved how the young man took care of my phone. He even put the camera protector covering on my phone for me. Price was only $10 for everything.

I was helped by Colleen Daniels, she was amazing and so very helpful. She was a lot more informative than any other employee that has helped me at the Owasso, Oklahoma store. I like to know all and everything I'm possibly getting into and she had an answer for everything. I'm also a visual learner and I'm also way behind on all things electronic so being paired with Colleen Daniels was perfect. Thank you again!

I was there less than 20 minutes and all my problems were taken care of and knew of a new service that would be available next month. Very happy with my visit and with AT&T. I have never been with anyone but them.

I was on Cox internet and the past 2 days was very frustrating. I went to AT&T to get internet and while I was there they were not onlyvable to help me with internet, they also took steps in helping me with my cellphone and getting a new phone. They took the time with me and made sure I was taken care with internet and cellphone. They did above and beyond I expected. I recommend to go with AT&T, especially of your frustration are with Cox internet!

Halen helped my wife and I tonight. We had a serious billing issue and she was able to get everything handled for us and our service turned back on. We are so thankful!

We were helped by Kyle. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. He made sure we knew everything from our bill to our new phones before walking out the door.

We had a very positive experience with Josh at the AT&T store in Owasso. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful thru our process.

A month ago we went to upgrade our iPhones and we’re greeted by Clint , he was very helpful and nice , but we decided to wait until new iPhones were released, after that we ask for Clint but he wasn’t in that day.after we got our new iPhones we had trouble transferring some for numbers to the new devices so I went back to the store and “josh” was the guy that helped us do it he was so nice!!! And explained a lot of stuff I didn’t know about family sharing ICloud storage the benefits of creating new personal accounts for each member etc I felt I was living under a rock. Any way Josh is very knowledgeable and knows his job. Thanks so so much for all your help that day im very grateful.!!!

We had a great experience at AT&T. Excellent costumer service and the product quality was outstanding. Matthew was quick, knowledgeable, and improved our phone plan. We are very satisfied and recommend the Owasso location.

This store is great. They helped me with all my questions. Very friendly and explained so I understood. Very nice.

If you visit this location ask for Stanley. Very friendly and straight to the point, easiest AT&T visit I think I’ve ever had. Give him a raise!

We were leary at first since others at this store didn't seem capable of helping us. But Roxanne helped us last week & she was amazing!
Besides helping us select a new phone, she spent time resolving an account issue we had had for several years.
She was friendly, helpful & never gave up until she got us answers. Roxanne definitely knows what she's doing.
If we ever need to return to this store for any reason, we'll only go if she's there to help!

Great store and staff management is awesome and I love that Asurion insurance for repairs is located here

I highly reccomend going to the ATT STORE in Owassi OK if you are looking for new phones or service . BEST EVERYTHING service, phones , accessories ,plans and staff.

Eddie W is an outstanding salesperson. I saw him interact with other customers before me. He is very personable and makes the customer feel at ease. He helped me with questions and made sure all questions were answered. You have an excellent employee in Eddie!
