Wonderful experience with custom framing. My second time bringing a large print to be framed and again they did great work. The dimensions were a bit challenging but we were helped until a solution was achieved. Excellent custom service. I will be back for custom framing services in the future. Reasonably priced for upstanding work.

Had to purchase some fabric for crafting with my Grandson today. He rang the button at the cutting service and a wonderful attendant came quickly, cut our four fleece pieces, and all with a smile and kind words in regards to his project. At checkout, I had a coupon from the web that had expired and once again we encountered another helpful and kind young woman who found a working coupon code for us (20% off)!
I would highly recommend Michael's in Cary not only for their merchandise but for their top rated customer service!

I had the most wonderful experience at Michael's at 2100 Village Market Place. I must say, I am beyond overjoyed that such experiences can still be had. I went in to get a wreath and I must have tackled poor Judi with about a dozen questions and she was so helpful with every single one until I found everything I needed. Then I was checking out with Vincent, who may have been the manager, and the experience was so positive, so welcoming, that I am writing this review on a most busy Sunday when I could be doing so much else. This is the ONLY Michael's I'm ever shopping again, and the wreath selection, not to mention the holiday sales so early in October, were delightful!

Best Michael's in the Cary/Morrisville area. The staff is very helpful, the management is dedicated and the Replenishment team works so hard to make sure the shelves stay full. Also has a decent selection of fabrics; nice surprise.

The item we found in the website was there. Only one left. It's a very very great price.

Like a kid in a candy store, I love Michael's but don't usually get my art supplies there anymore. They had tons of fun supplies. I was especially impressed with their selection of glass seed beads.

I have been to this Michael’s on several occasions recently. They’ve had everything this amateur hobbyist needs, and the ladies at the register are all very sweet and patient. Great experience!

They have a lot of cool art supplies, I always feel inspired to create every time I go here. My one complaint is that it is a little confusing to find certain products but I don't mind exploring a little.

It's fine for what it is. The vinyl collection is large and nice to browse through. There's a surprising amount of on-the-bolt fabric. Michael's is great for when you want to get a craft done NOW and don't want to wait for an Amazon shipment.

Stopped here on the way home from work to get some art supplies for my son’s school project that was due the next day. Megan, the manager, was really helpful. She helped us find multiple items we were looking for and even gave us a few ideas for one of the structures my son was trying to create for his project. Big box stores are really not my thing but we had a good experience and easily found what we needed. Plus, my boys are developing an interest in art and enjoy looking at all the books, kits and supplies here.

This review is for the Morrisville store. Very helpful staff and excellent customer service! I was in a hurry before the store closed, so I asked an employee where the clay was. She told me that it was on the opposite side of the store. Then, she stopped what she was doing, and led us to its exact location, which I did not expect from a "big box" store. I am very pleased, Michael's. I will be shopping there again.

I'm not much into crafting, but the place had what I needed to buy others who are. Pretty well laid out. The scents in one area are pretty strong.

Came in for thread and needles and walked away with a nice five drawer rolling craft cabinet that was only $30 on sale! The store was clean, easy to get around, and didn't even have to wait for a cashier. Awesome!

Picked up items for Mother’s Day celebration. Had every thing I needed. Staff friendly and helpful!
