I have only been here twice because I am not local to the area, but the man running the shop I saw both times is one of the most friendliest and genuine dudes you can ever meet. Both times I have had numerous questions and he has answered them with glee and great knowledge. I highly recommend stopping by whether you’re just looking to get into the radio control hobby, or need help figuring out an issue with your car, the people here are happy to help!

Everyone here is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Jack spent time teaching me the ins and out of my car and had walked me through fixing it several times since I'm new into this community. I know there's other shops but this is THE shop. There's a reason why I've stopped in 4 times this week for stuff

This place is great. Ive been to many RC Shops and this one by far has been my best experience. Jack and Sparky are always happy to explain things and they always have a great inventory. This place also performs repairs. Overall great place would strongly recommend specifically if you are new to the hobby.

I took in two Traxxas vehicles for service. A UDR and Rustler 4x4. Instead of charging for service, they showed me what was wrong and how to replace the parts myself. Really appreciated the honesty that Jack and Sparky showed. They have now earned a loyal customer.

Over the top service., great place to have a question answered or pick up parts. ( need specific parts ) ask if they may order the parts for you. They have a great selection or vehicles ranging in scale and optional competition upgrades for your own vehicles., in house repairs and installation of upgrades or parts purchased on site. Ask if they would help you out with installation of your purchase parts from elsewhere

Went in for the first time to get some parts for my hpi rc car. The gentleman behind the counter is awesome, he answered all my questions and had everything I needed in stock. I will definitely be back for their parts and service.

This place rocks! Bought an RC car for my son there and the owner opens the box and explains everything about the car, controller and charger. I was impressed and didn't expect that. Drove the car and had such a blast bought another one the next day to race my son. Depending on his stock he has better prices than most retailers..

I love that they are open Sundays. I drive 23 miles to come to this shop. . Its worth it every time they always have what I need ..

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Jack helped me beyond requirements I see at most retail stores. You can tell the passion he has and guided me quite well on my new airplane purchase. He didn't try to upsell yet I came back and bought a higher remote version. Ty Jack, you made a loyal customer.

This is the best RC place around very large selection of cars and a even better selection of parts. They have never not had a part that i have needed. The people who work there are fantastic even when I broke rings they took care of me no questions asked I will always be buy parts and cars from them

Amazing customer service is the first thing I notice.
First time I went I overheard the owner helping a man looking to buy an rc for his grandson. The owner quickly educated the man and advised him not to buy the $600 arrma that the man was asking about and suggested a $200 buggy which was smaller and easier to maintain and less dangerous for a kid. He demonstrated how to use the charger and how to charge the battery and warned him of any dangers. He could have simply sold him a $600 rc plus battery and charger $800+ but instead he recommended what was best for the mans grandson.
Every time I go I’ve always been treated good and have been educated on any questions I may have.
The knowledge these guys have is incredible and they’ll share it with you if you simply ask.
If you’re looking for a RC hobby shop, stop here. You won’t be disappointed!!!!

Great small rc shop. Parts prices are reasonable. Other stuff is a little marked up. Staff is great. Get all my soldering and stuff like that done here. Always gets done on time.

Been there a few times since i live down in orange. I find these guys carry most of the tamiya parts i need that the other big hobby shop in orange off tustin and collins doesn’t. Thanks for carrying the parts we need!

Jack and Sparky are awesome. They are professional have always helped me try to acquire some of the none-shelved products; specifically internaI engine parts from OS Engines FSa-56 Which is hard to get. Also, I believe the other low star reviews are from whiny people. I stopped going Hobby People because their staff is utterly unknowledgeable when it comes to surface radio controls. Lastly, im a big supporter of small business and this little store I support.

First visit yesterday. Went with an old rc from 25 years ago and they didn't charge me a bunch of money to fix it. They advised I shelve it and set me up with a Traxxas Slash 4x4 Fox that all my teens want to "borrow".

I think its the owner who i usually deal with and is very knowledgeable and helpful, won't B.S. you into buying something you don't need or want. There aren't too many places left anymore who won't take advantage of you... This place is great
