Loved the products in the store but wow service was horrible/ non-existent. I was the only one there and neither of the two ladies acknowledged me or offered to assist. I don't usually write bad reviews but the vibes here were very unwelcoming. Was going to buy an expensive-ish bag but decided to take my business elsewhere.

Customer service here does not exist. Expect to go unacknowledged by the hostile older woman with the short hair. Very haughty and arrogant attitude. No hello upon walking in even though eye contact was made. I was interested in purchasing a few things, but she couldn't even be bothered to walk over when I asked for some assistance. Will never spend a dime here.
