I went to the Bristol location to use a gift card. It was my 1st visit at this store, but not my last. Brandon has great customer service and he's very knowledgable. He answered my questions and helped me to choose between certain items. Plus, there is an adorable cat inside. What's not to like.

I went into the Bristol store the other day and bought an item that turned out to be bad but thanks to the store manager Toni she made everything right and was super nice and a pleasure to do business with!! Also a shout out to Brandon, the employee who helped a lot as well!!! Y’all are awesome and will do business there again soon!!!

Great selection of products for that special occasion. The assistance I got in finding what I was looking for was amazing. Brandon was the awesome sales associate who helped me.

The owner/manager is super helpful and awesome about making you feel comfortable and answering any questions you have. This is my go to store for lingerie.

Had everything I was looking for plus more. The woman who helped my boyfriendand I was very knowledgeable on both men and women's products as well which helped a lot. Can't wait to try the products we purchased

I've always had good experience going here. The store is very organized and clean and the staff are very appropriate and very polite and always do their job. They are always quick to help customers as they welcome them in the door. I've been wanting to get a job and work here for the company for awhile now but it seems I never catch them when they are hiring. All I can do is keep trying and checking back with them and that's exactly what I have been doing. Thank you for great services and respect when I come to the store.

A friend went with me to get pheromones. We got to "the store" late, about an hour before closing. The girl working was very nice and handled me and my friend being live wires and lingering in the store being silly as I held up next to me and danced like a mental patient in front of my friend nearly everything in clothing area. My friend got herself something fun from the naughty room and I found the pheromones and got a little something warming from the room behind the door for another friend. The girl was such a treasure letting us have some fun! I need more days like that lol!

The guy that works there on the weekends and maybe through the week and his name is Tim is an awesome and great guy I love comin in the store because he loves to make his consumers smile and laugh and that is the best worker there and my stuff is excellent and amazing keep up the good work❤❤❤

Each time I go in, it is a fun and educational adventure. This time was no different. Tim was very informative and answered each of my questions thoroughly, demonstrated how products worked, and allowed me to see some of the jewelry outside of the package. He was patient and helpful the entire time. Even when I didn't make a purchase, I didn't feel unwelcome or rushed to leave the store. I can't wait to go back and have a shopping spree. 😊 Thanks for a wonderful experience!

I was hesitant to go in at first-but I’m so happy I did! The employees were very knowledgeable and comfortably easy to talk to. Also, the cat Felix REALLY won my heart over-he is so friendly I want to take him home! Would DEFINITELY recommend this over Adam & Eve!

Absolutely love this place! I have made a "bucket list" of things I plan on buying/trying and I'm slowly gonna start checking the items off as I purchase them. This place has awesome, friendly, open-minded, exciting people who work there and they always have a great selection of items to choose from. If u have a question, ask the employee, they are more than glad to answer your questions or open the product and show you how it works!
