The UPS Store

Went there to ship a business letter on Friday before Christmas, that had to arrive a few days before the New Year. An extremely helpful, tall, dark and handsome gentleman assisted me and found the best price to get the letter there in time. Have always found the staff pleasant and they get it done.

Returning an Amazon package and I failed to see the “customer packed” part. Didn’t get their names but this was at 5:40pm on Tuesday 9/26/23 so to the woman and gentleman who was working during this shift, Ty for your patience. They didn’t give me a hard time about me not doing my part and they took care of me.

I went there for my US Passport photo and the service was excellent. The Team Member was very helpful and I got through quickly.

I came to deliver some air quality units today that are kinda expensive to Houston,TX. It's my first time shipping anything personally through UPS, believe it or not, but certainly not my last. Taylor (If I'm not mistaken) was super professional and very helpful. She found the best sized box to ship the products and explained everything in a friendly manner. Hopefully I'll see her in the future because she was awesome!

I have been meaning for some time to share my compliments and appreciation of the consistent superior customer service I experience when visiting the Goshen UPS Store #4234. I frequent the UPS Store at least twice a week for both business and personal shipping needs. I am always greeted with an enthusiastic and genuine hello from both Kalen and Amanda. Even during the height of the pandemic, having to wait outside in long lines, Kalen and Amanda made the need to conduct business a much more pleasant experience. My old school hotel management training stressed the importance of providing superior customer service, being pleasant, engaging and efficient. And, I should mention I was once a Secret Shopper so I know what to look for 😊. I pay attention to customer service and will not frequent a business providing lack luster customer service. Kalen and Amanda are service driven, people first employees. I appreciate their spirit of service.

I have been going to this UPS store for over 3 years now, and have found it to be the best one in the area by far. Every visit, the people working here have been delightful, charming, and have done something I didn't think possible: make a shipping store a happy place to be in. Most recently, Taylor and Kalen have been exceptionally helpful in guiding me to use their scanners and printers, though every employee here I've interacted with has always been nothing short of amazing in processing my packages and requests.

I was not having a great day, and typically returning packages is not usually going to make a day any better. But the service and the people made my day a little bit better. Thanks to the folks at UPS.

Soloman, courteous - greeted me upon walking in; and fast! was helping one other person, i was doing an Amazon return and I was in and out of the store in less than two minutes. Awesome.

I come here often to drop off boxes and for small tasks like faxes. The staff seems pretty young like high school/college kids. All of them so far have a friendly, helpful attitude.

Never had a problem at this store. They get me in and out quickly. I will be returning. Thanks for your service ☺

Excellent personal , the manager Kalan always helpful and all of them have an smile and they go extra mile to answer any question .

Use it primarily for Amazon returns, bit of a wait time (usually due to other annoying customers) but no issues with the service.

Always come here for shipping and return services, staff are always accommodating and friendly.

Employees make my drop off experience flawless , wish there was a second employee since it's a busy location 😢.
