My dog Gunnar loves shopping here. They always have the items on his list. Their prices on bully sticks ( his fave) and other bones are great. The employees are always so sweet and happy to see him.

Awesome customer service. No other store manager ever told me that I’m buying the wrong kind of food for my dog before. I mistakenly bought puppy food for a small breed dog when my puppy is actually a large breed. I appreciate her attention to detail in asking questions about the customers’ pet before something is bought.

This product completely helped my dog from limping on her back leg. Great staff & product selection.

This place is just the absolute best. Ken (the owner), who I’ve met and spoke with several times, is so nice and accommodating. He goes above and beyond for his customers. He’s genuinely into getting you and your dog the right products, not pushing products based on price.

There’s just no way you can go wrong coming here, this will be our store as long as they are there.

Best place I’ve been to! They’re super friendly. I’ve been coming here for a little over a year and my pets issues with food went away, they let you try foods and return them if your pet isn’t happy. Thanks for all the help here! I’ll always say good things about this place.

A wonderful pet store! They genuinely care about the well being of your furry family. Ken was extremely knowledgeable on the products sold in store and is always looking for the best in what the shop supplies for the customers. So happy to have found this place!

Love love love this store. Super knowledgeable owners. Great rewards program and bulk discounts. They have an excellent selection of toys and foods, but remember you don't need a hundred choices of foods and toys to have a good selection. I recommend this store to everyone I can. If you are someone who does not like to bog yourself down with all the mumbo jumbo, you can be assured that they do all the hard thinking for you. If you are someone who is well informed they're also knowledgeable to nerd out with you. I'm definitely the latter, and I'm always delighted to waste time there. They are not "cheap", (p.s. they do have very affordable healthy options) but when you have a family-owned business, well thought out inventory, knowledgeable staff, and premium products you are not going to see a big box store criminally low prices... But you are absolutely not getting a big box store experience. So... Really don't even compare the two in the first place lol. Just go and see for yourself. They have something great for everyone.
