My husband and I stopped by for breakfast. We could not have been more pleased that we did! The people were very nice, very polite and attentive to our needs even before we asked. The food was great. We had the cinnamon orange French Toast, eggs and bacon. the French toast was so good with just the right amount of seasonings. The eggs were cooked to perfection (and I'm very picky about my eggs). I had over easy and my husband had over hard and both were done to perfection. The bacon was also very good. The atmosphere is quaint, charming and relaxed and they have a magazine rack which was cool (like yesteryear, but charming). When we return to Lake Tahoe The Wildflower Cafe will definitely be our too go place! Thank you Wildflower Cafe for your hospitality and great food!

I loved this place. I had two eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy for breakfast and it was delicious. My coffee mug stayed full and I was very impressed with the service. I was blown away by how nice my server was. I wish I knew her name so I could give her some recognition because she really helped makes this a 5-star experience!

Been going to breakfast or lunch here for years. Nice family owned restaurant with longtime employees (that says something on its own). Yes it’s small and quaint, but the food is good and the portions are generous. I’ve always used my debit card to pay there, so I’m not sure if there was a problem at one point. If you’re looking for fine cuisine, take your uppity self someplace else. This is cozy, decent, and comfortable food.

The Wildflower Cafe is a cozy place on Tahoe boulevard, with very limited space to wait for a table. Once seated the service and the food are terrific. I enjoyed the linguica with eggs and 1/2 waffle and my husband had the corn beef hash and eggs, with biscuits and gravy and a short stack. Both meals were great.

We were going to try a different place on Sunday but when we walked in the menu didn’t look good so we went back to the Wildflower Cafe for another great breakfast.

Every year I make the journey up to the gorgeous city of Tahoe and every year I make this a stop. The staff is friendly and I have never had such a consistent and delicious omelet. I love this place! Be patient as it may looked pack but they are speedy!

Food was really good. Big portions for breakfast. Very nice staff. Nice, friendly atmosphere. Indoor and patio tables. Cash only. Not sure if that's every day but be aware. Small parking lot.

We worked on a stone care project in the Tahoe area and wanted to eat a nice breakfast. Wildflower Cafe is a wonderful place to eat an awesome breakfast. (Be sure to order the Wildflower skillet potatoes) When you visit Wildflower Cafe be sure to ask for Maria to serve you. Maria is a true professional who provides extraordinary service.

Locals joint. I think the only reason this place doesn't have a higher rating is because out of towners come in expecting some chic café when in reality this place is an All-American diner. The food is good, the portions are massive and the price is reasonable. Don't expect a culinary masterpiece, it's just pancakes people.

Awesome place for breakfast and lunch! Excellent people, friendly and inviting. I do not want to say good things cause you will come out to find it and then I will have to wait! I highly recommend Wildflower for those family and friends type of days.

People complain about the price but look up the median rent in the area. All things considered it's very reasonably priced. It is also fast and delicious with good service. In the reviews: people complaining about greasy foods being greasy.

This place does NOT have a liquor license, just so you know. It does however have uhhhhmahzing breakfast items and superb coffee ~ the kind you drink black because cream and sugar would be an insult. The staff are pretty cool too.
