Kings Cafe

Ordered the sweet potato fries, cod fish tacos, and the French toast. All the items were delicious. I only wish the sweet potato fries were a little more crispy. The tacos were really refreshing with fresh mango salsa! The picture shows bacon on the taco, it actually goes on the fresh toast but my husband took it off and ate it separately.

We always stop by Kings Cafe for breakfast or lunch while visiting Lake Tahoe. I absolutely adore the views from the Cafe of Lake Tahoe while basking in the sun in the window seating area.

The food is reasonably portioned and priced. I loved the Cod fish tacos and Iced Whole Milk Mocha. I've had the Chicken Pesto sandwich before and would recommend that as well.

Literally the best breakfast burrito I've ever had. The tater tots are so on point and crisp, I really am glad we went to this small Cafe along the beach.

Great taste, small place but good food.

My picture doesn't do these treats justice. Had the Gluten-free Lavender Honey Macaroon and my taste buds are in heaven.

Fresh ingredients and reasonable prices for this area! Had a great breakfast burrito with one of the best blueberry muffins I’ve ever had. I highly recommend the French toast too! Flavor and consistency of mini donuts 🤤

What a delightful place! My husband and I ordered some hot drinks and breakfast to go and ate on the beach. The breakfast tacos and breakfast burrito were so good and I recommend the mocha with pumpkin spice if you visit in the fall. Excellent service with a friendly staff. There is limited indoor seating but outdoor tables are available, and with it being right across the street from King’s beach you could always take it to go and eat there. I highly recommend this place and we will be back next time we are in the area!

This is a tiny cafe just across the street from King's beach. It has about four or five outdoor tables. I like it because it's dog friendly. The food is super cheap. It's definitely worth going for the price. I got the tacos which were pretty good. My wife got a breakfast sandwich which she enjoyed.

The care they took making my breakfast burrito was superb. All ingredients were chopped evenly and spread evenly. Really shows a great appreciation of eating. My favorite breakfast spot by far in Kings Beach. Room is cozy so please take a bath before sitting down to eat, or take it to go : )

Nice local spot for breakfast or lunch – I stop here all the time, when in the area. Staff is very friendly and they impress me with their coffee of the day all the time – sometimes is some strong and flavory stuff like “Colombian Supreme”, on other days they going for lighter roast and sometimes I have no idea what is that, yet it is pretty decent brew :-)

My favorite grab and go breakfast! Beside great food and cute presentation it has a very European cafe feel to it that I appreciate. I love the outdoor seating when I’m not in a rush too.

Centrally located right near the entrance to the Kings Beach recreational center is this fantastic cafe. Their selection of breakfast sandwiches, platters, and comfort French toast is nothing short of delicious.
The breakfast sandwich (bacon, egg, and cheese) is incredible and truly reminds me of the BECs i had growing up (theyre a staple of NYC). Janna, the lead cook i believe, works magic in the kitchen! The staff is very friendly and inviting! This is a go to place if you’re in town!

I love Kings Beach. An excellent place to be year round. Kings cafe is a quaint little breakfast spot. Mostly breakfast sandwiches hes and burritos but still good people good food and a reasonable price.

Found this place by chance while we where looking for coffee. Some of the best coffee I have had in a long time. I got the white mocha and the wife got the vanilla latte. Amazing amazing

Ordered four items for breakfast. Very happy with all. Breakfast burrito and sandwich were both perfect. Glad to have found this little spot.

We were looking for breakfast and stumbled across this little spot. Delicious food (breakfast tacos were delicious), decent prices, easy and fast — plus kind staff :) We’ll be back!
