Wonderful, superb customer service from Stuart, Parker, and Justin! I made several trips for info on my new phone and these guys had such patience with me, explaining multiple times so I understood my phone. They were helpful in navigating the internet to locate my phone info. They certainly are great ambassadors for T-Mobile.

Justin went above and beyond to help me. Very professional, friendly and went the extra mile to make sure I got the best deal possible. Beware of the bait and switch plan. They got me in the door and that was it, the salesman went from 2 phones for $27 each to one for $52. I dropped my phone and cracked it so I filed insurance for a new one and when they told me how much I was going to have to pay, I said I'll cancel my account, after all I only had it 20 days, I could drop it within 30 days.
