Teague has been amazing every time I come into the store. He fixed an issue that nobody else was able to fix. Always helpful. Always friendly.

I am technologically challenged, but there is always someone at this store willing to take whatever time is required to help me solve my issues! Great staff and nice perks with your phone service!

I had the most amazing experience at the Emmett T-Mobile location! All thanks to Nick and Cody! They went above and beyond for me last night! I upgraded to a newer iPhone and was super hesitant because I didn’t want to loose anything! I was worried loosing the address I had saved in my maps and they spent extra time making sure I had every address! Plus I walked out of their able to upgrade and save money. Plus get some cool accessories. I’ve never had such great service upgrading my phone. Plus I’m super excited and hyped to be on 5G 😊 Thanks nick and Cody.

Went in today Friday January 12th 2024 at 5:00pm and was greeted with the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. There was a girl with no name tag on who did absolutely nothing to help. And a younger male that was just as unhelpful. Told them what i had been told the day before from a wonderful girl that helped me and they basically told me that i was wrong. Made no sense whatsoever. I do have to say Chris did an amazing job at helping me with my phone. He was the only one who greeted me with kindness and even remembered me from the day before. 5 Stars for Chris he was the one who ended up fixing my phone while the younger ones sit and stared at me the entire time. So uncomfortable. I will not be going back. I’d rather go over the hill to have them help me.

Update……..so store was unhelpful manager is a joke. No customer service at all. I am still talking with T-Mobile in the phone just a call center but at least getting somewhere. They are blaming it on a computer glitch that apparently only affected that store sounds like a lie. I will be using a different store for now still weighing my options moving to Verizon.

FYI they take stolen phones in on trade I now have to pay $800 dollars for a phone they took in on trade for someone else. I have called several time asked to speak to a manager they have taken my number down and they have refused to return my calls I have contacted 611 they agree with me that the phone should have never been taken in as trade in on amount of money left owed on it but there is nothing they can do because it is a independent store.

My PIN # was changed and I have no reason WHY and no manager on site today!
