It's a new store and they seem to doing a good job, I must admit though I do find the coffee menu a little confusing but I'll get used to it

Although it’s sometimes hot in there, I very much appreciate the workers that work at this location. They’re always moving as fast as they can and very understanding. Many times I’ve witnessed rude customers and they handle them very well. Please be patient with them some of them are too young to take your attitudes.

This location sometimes is extremely busy. So you expect to wait. They have always been pleasant to me. I love stopping here in the morning. I actually prefer it over Starbucks. Keep smiling and doing a great job team.

My iced coffee was so good, I wanted a 2nd one. And the barista was so cute and so nice, it made my trip worthwhile.

Whether I go through drive thru or inside service is always good the girls and guy that work there do a fantastic job the Caramel Craze never disappoints.

Was hungry so I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 bacon and eggs croissants (without the cheese). I ate one right away and saved the second for my aunt who lives in the area. We both really liked it. The lady at the was really nice and friendly.

I am regular at this specific location due to my church gathering happening every two week for about two years now. I had some issue in the beginning as they gave me broken box for a Box of Joe. However, they admitted their fault and ever since I am really enjoying their service. Always try best to accommodate my requests as long as the situation allows. The inside and the outside of the store is always clean. Please keep at it!

I LOVE this location. The location on Howell in Oak Creek is absolutely terrible. The owner there is a foreign cheap skate. I seen him put donuts back after a customer came in and said she got the wrong ones. Health Department Issue to the MAX. No, his cheap A wouldn’t let her have the wrong donuts, he put them back to sell again. Also, he waters ALL THE DRINKS DOWN TO CUT COSTS. Iced coffee tastes horrible at that location (Oak Creek). Go to the location in South Milwaukee! Best location, best service, best drinks and best food! Do me a favor, taste the South Milwaukee Iced coffee then taste the Oak Creek Iced coffee. Trust me!

This is my favorite Dunkin, I'll sometimes just drive 20 minutes for a coffee. They're always so kind, polite, respectful. The coffee is always hot. Not like all the other Dunkins where it's hit or miss.

I came to this location one morning at 4 am because I was up late studying, as I am a college student. Google offered that it was the only place with "gourmet" coffee open at that hour. The hours represented on the door said 5, but I went in anyway. A young man greeted me, I assumed he was the manager. He did say that the drive-through is open at 4 am, but the store was not. I felt silly, and as a polite gesture I said I can go through the drive-up. He was so very polite and professional by insisting to take my order. I was only there for a single cup of coffee, but I was so moved by this young mans professionalism and manners that I bought a bag of coffee grounds. I said to him, "making sales before the store even opens... you need a raise". Great experience

Great employees!!! Food is fresh an good coffee drinks are always good even if your picky about what you like, they make how you want it no fuss. The lobby is always clean an comfortable. 5 stars for South Milw. WI.

I live near this location and have been going here since I found out about the Any Size Flavored Ice Coffees are only $1 from 3pm-6pm and every time I come here I am a satisfied customer! Everyone is friendly and the service is fast. I really like this location and all their staff! Thanks for doing a great job!

Dunkin' Donuts making my birthday sweet <3 I couldn't get my free B-Day drink from the app so the kind man working paid for half my drink and gave me a donut ❤ And that's why YOU are better then Starbucks

The lines can be a little long because of the awkward location, but the staff are very friendly and work as fast as they can.

Coffee drinks many varieties tried mostly hot.... My preferred... Excellent.. Hot breakfast sandwich pork WOW... Loved it big breakfast sandwich out of this world.would reccomend
