My air pressure alarm was going off- techs helped me to stabilize air pressure with their portable inflation device so 8 can be safe! KUDOS!!!!

The website (why still no app) said the part I needed was in stock and it was. No need for a phone call, being placed on hold and forgotten about, or driving to the store and waiting in line to check stock. That's one less thing to be ticked about! Now if the part could install itself.....

Great service on 2/14/24. Cameron changed my headlight bulb and even though it’s in an awkward spot, he installed it and got me on my way!

They have quick service, and a good stock of parts.

Been coming here for about a year getting parts for 3 cars. Each time I come in I am greeted and asked if needed help with anything. Store is always clean. They have parts that I need without ordering them, a reward/point system, Great quality of products, decent size collections, and friendly customer service.

Out running errands for the husband and was given a parts list to get. Everyone here was very helpful and nice. I had no idea what the parts were and they helped me get exactly what I needed and even got me some good sale items to save on cost. Came back and the husband was happy with it all so that was good. Been here a few times and it has been good every time.

Needed new battery - EXCELLENT, FAST, SERVICE!!! First old battery was tested and it was indeed BAD. They installed new battery quickly. VERY FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL. I would HIGHLY recommend!!

My battery died and the gentleman that replaced it was very nice. Every employee and there was very nice and helpful.

I just stopped at your store in Simpsonville, SC and was treated to the kindest exchange that I can remember in a long time. Richard checked my windshield wiper, which I thought was damaged, and he assured me that I did not need a replacement and even wiped it down and checked it for me as I told him I was leaving on an extended road trip. I am 79 years old, grateful for kindness shown, and this kind of service needs to be acknowledged. Thank you Richard.

I called this store the night before Thanksgiving looking for some spark plugs no other auto stores were stocking. Not only did they order them immediately, but they had my parts delivered by 0730 on Thanksgiving morning and ready for me to pick up. Great service.

Thee manager Miranda's been working on cars since she was a teenager... there's there's almost nothing that she doesn't know about engines Transmissions.. Drivetrains it just comes naturally to her because she's been doing it for so long.. Miranda and her staff will help you find anything that you need to do your late evening or weekend repair... or help you to find that difficult to find part... service with a smile everything that you would want from an automotive parts store...

Been coming to this oriellys for the last year and some change. I have a wonderful big black Saturn with Steelers all over it. Gotta give it to this store as my main and only store to go to. These people are all professional. Great atmosphere. Hands down they will help you with whatever your looking for. This store is clean and very well staffed. That girl manager of the store is always nice. This stores deserves my 5 star. Thanks you guys for the last year and some odd months for everything yall helped me with!!!!!

I had to get a battery replaced on my Chevy Silverado LTZ Z71 I came to O’Reilly auto parts and Tarence was very friendly knowledgeable and helpful he got my battery situation taken care of in less than 20 minutes and that’s very good because it was hard and difficult to do but he managed to get it done in a good timely manner and correctly...I would recommend this gentleman to anybody that needs care with their car because he was very professional 😎

Love O'Reilly's they genuinely want to help you, and the staff are pleasant. Other auto part stores are known for ripping people off (pep boys, auto zone) , but this store will compare prices and tell you where you can find it cheapest.
