Nikki helped me with a new iPhone. She was super sweet, knowledgeable and honest. Retail stores would benefit a ton by having more employees like her. She truly cares.

I had a very good experience at this store on Monday July 24,2023. I went in to upgrade my phone and Zenyi (hope I got her name spelled correctly) helped me with my purchase. I have to say this was the best experience I have ever had in a T-Mobile store. Some of the other times have not been as pleasant as this was. She was beyond courteous and efficient. Thanks for such wonderful customer service! I will only use this store in the future.

I have been in this place to upgrade my phone. Tommy helped me out and he is been very informative and a great person. He has been answered all my questions and made me understand better with holidays offer. He knows customer service so well, it’s been a pleasure to deal with you Tommy. T mobile is been lucky to have a person like him who can take the business way more in future. Thanks for your help Tommy.

Great customer service! I went to get a new phone and both Tommy and Dani spent a lot of their time making sure everything was transferred from old phone to new, and when I saw my voicemails from my mom who recently passed away didn’t transfer, Dani spent extra time figuring out how to put the voicemails into files on my new phone so I can play them anytime I want! That meant so much to me! Thank you guys for all your help!!!

Very welcoming staff with good energy. Sonia helped me trade in my device for a Pixel 7 Pro and answered all my questions regarding upgrades and billing details, Ty Sonia!

Managers really care about their customers. Martin has been there for a long time and knows a lot of us by name. Robert also very responsive and professional. Sometimes they’re busy and need reminding, but they do their best. Good service, recommended. T-Mobile has been great for us traveling to Europe and Asia with free data, texts and 20 cent/minute outgoing calls.

Great people working at this location. Love how patient they are when trouble shooting issues with my phone.

Always great customer service when dealing with T-Mobile. The employees are very knowledgeable and offered solutions and upgrades that I didn't even know about. I like this store location better, even though it is a further drive, because I never have a long wait to speak to with someone or to get help.

I just got terrific service from Matthew. This kid is great. Easy going, knowledgeable and very very helpful. He knows his stuff and works incredibly hard to make it work for you, the customer. Something that I have to say did not happen at the other T-Mobile store that I went to first. Day and night difference. I was very disappointed in the poor service and lack of knowledge from the sales people at the other store. This sale happened because of Matthew.
It's totally refreshing to deal with a great employee. Doesn't happen too often these days.

Needed a sim card and glass protector replaced on my. Zipped in and had it done. The manager was knowledgeable

The T-Mobile at that location is the best T-Mobile when it comes down to customer service! I would recommend! I don’t usually write a review on anything but this deserves one. I’m so close to leaving T-mobile but with customer service like this💪🏽💪🏽It should prolonged my stay.

How can put into words that appreciation I have for the service and professionalism I received today from Jorge and a very patient Manager Martin. I thought my changing companies was going to be easy. It probably would have been, had I not had A**. Either way Jorge came through with flying colors. I am referring everyone I know to this store and those two young men... HANDS DOWN!

Great customer service - needed a new sim card . Jesse reset the phone and set it all up , I walked out a happy customer . Without doubt will drive extra 10 mins for a great customer service.

There was a great guy there named Jeremiah who was absolutely terrific. Nothing but good things to say about my visit except for MetroPCS (old service) hanging up after asking to be sent to a supervisor. Very happy with TMobile right now.

Very cool ladies helped out and next visit there maybe we can do some karaoke as she suggested.

I would definitely recommend this T-Mobile store on hypoluxo road. The staff was very patient and really nice. We had a lot of issues with transferring to this carrier, and they made the process so smooth Thank You Alondra and Jorge. Very efficient
