I stopped in the other evening because I thought I had the wrong bulb for my lowbeam headlight. A very nice young man named Michael helped me out. He sold me the bulb I thought I needed and even went out to install it for me. Turned out I had the right bulb in the first place. I was trying to change the wrong bulb! So confusing. Thank God he helped me and figured it all out. He made my day!! Thank you Michael!! You deserve a raise!!

Went in to get some parts, Micheal was helpful right away and got right to helping me find what I needed. I appreciate staff that is interactive and genuinely helpful to customers like him!

super friendly staffs. First time came for painting pen and the guy taught me how to find it. This time a staff helped me replaced my key battery. Five star without doubt!

Needed a new headlight bulb for my Toyota. Was greeted promptly by an associate named Mike - he went to look at my car to make sure he could do the replacement. He located the correct bulb, put it in my car, assured it worked, and I was set to go. Wish every customer service experience could be as seamless as the one I had this afternoon. Mike is fantastic.

Dave and Rocco were absolutely amazing! They hooked me up with a brand new battery, installed it for me and sent me on my way. I am extremely grateful!

I purchased a battery this time. I brought in my old battery from home and they were able to exchange it right out. It's nice to be able to trust a store to have what you need when you need it. I took the new one home, installed it within a few minutes and we were off! The car started right up! The whole process took less than 45 minutes!

Amazing! Wish I would have gotten the cashiers name. He was very knowledgeable. Eventhough they didnt have the bulk headlights (2 pack) I wanted, he gave me a 10% discount for two individual packets to make up the difference. Excellent customer service!!

I'm a medical courier delivering meds to nursing homes, re-hab centers, etc. Had a headlight go out at 7pm on a cold, rainy evening. I was facing a 275 mile drive on my route and needed my headlights. One of the guys here went above and beyond and installed the new bulb for me... in that cold rain! Wow! Can't ask for more than that!

Thank you Dave at AutoZone (2336 Niagara Falls Blvd). Sunday. 2:00pm. My tire was rapidly losing air pressure. I am from out of town. I had nowhere else to go. I asked if he could please help me. Dave was a gentleman and helped me. He jacked up my car, removed my tire, plugged the tire, reinstalled tire. I left feeling very grateful for his generosity of skill, time, and willingness to help me even though I know it’s not part of his job description. Thank you.

I want to mention a sales associate at the Sheridan Dr. Amherst NY store that impressed me today. Its not the small brake light bulb I needed. It was an associate named Steve S that waited on me. I'm an older gal in my 70's that was very impressed with the personality, friendliness, and assistance I was given. The biggest impression Steve made was the positive way he talked about his employer, Auto Zone. Was nice to hear that he believes in the Auto Zone name, and mentioned, that's what they are all about...helping their customers. Thanks Steve.

Very helpful. I needed my battery replaced. They went out with me before I purchased a new one to make sure they could install it. Then they installed it right there. Took less than 5 minutes and I was all set!

This is a great parts spot. The folks behind the counter are great about helping find affordable/compatible parts and, if they don’t have it, will direct you to someplace that does (usually North Tonawanda location).

Almost always have what I need and are genuinely helpful.

Great customer service. Both customer service agents including the manager, there on the evening of Thursday 4/8/21 were great, I didn't get there names unfortunately but they were very helpful.
