T-Mobile

We joined T-Mobile on Aug 16th after more then six hours on the phone w/ our previous service. Ms. Kelli was steadfast and determined to continue the fight with the OCC. It took eight days for our phones to be ported to T-Mobile. We appreciate her hard work. She needs to be recognized by her higher ups

5 stars for Ashley....I went in with a few issues with my phone today and she took care of all issues in about 5-8 minutes. Another customer came in and Ashley politely said she would be right with him. Meaning....she didn't stop working with me and put me on hold like so many places do. I've been to this store a couple of times before and always had great service. I am a T-Mobile customer and been in many other T-Mobile stores and generally had good service, but Ashley shines. T-Mobile is very gifted to have her as an employee.

Excellent customer service and management! This team goes above and beyond to help out the community and provide support for their customers, which they showed during the recent fires in the area, offering support to the firefighters and people displaced during the evacuations.

Two times my wife had no service. They fixed it fast. Something with the phone but they were great. In out and Done!!!!
