Outstanding service and above and beyond dedication to making sure the customer is well taken care of. To Karla, Nicole, and Freddie, well done!! All three stayed over an hour past closing time to ensure my needs were taken care of. And to top it all off they would not even accept a tip I offered. They kindly said please leave a Google review instead. Sky is the limit for a company with employees like these three!! Thank you again for helping

Amazing store, when I walked in everyone went ahead and greeted me! The person helping me was super helpful and even brought a coworker to help me out as well! I would recommend this store 100%! Amazing people!

I would like to let the company know that Karla Perez is an out stand employee, I am a senior and she has helped me numerous times and she does it with a very positive attitude, I would not have been able to use my tablet without her. Please honor her because she treats people like family.

I went here recently to upgrade my phone, change plans and add 2 lines. I was very impressed with the service I received. The associate, Zeke, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I believe it was a manager that was also there and she also was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this t-mobile store. I had to wait for a few minutes but it was definitely worth it to receive the great customer service that I received. I will be telling my friends and family to choose this store for all of there phone and accessories needs as well.
