Dunkin'

I don’t leave reviews, especially for chain establishments, but I have to say this Dunkin’s deserves it. I’ll start by adding that this experience is only from drive in and mobile order, I can’t testify to the experience of sitting down or lounging. Regardless, staff is extremely friendly, they provide active customer service that is not apathetic like many drive thru spots. The food and drink is always great. And the biggest thing is how efficient and timely they are, especially for drive thru. Great place in a pinch, if you aren’t getting paid decently above min wage as of Feb 2024, exercise some collective bargaining because it’s well deserved.

the sunderland dunkin workers are my men, women, people in uniform. i love them, i salute them, and they make a coffee so so so so so good <3 thank you soldiers

From Amherst to Greenfield Sunderland is hands-down the best Dunkin’ Donuts! The morning staff are the nicest most efficient group of people to get my cup of wake up from!!!

The paper cup is leaking and the cap they had us trying with is plastic and the lid. I feel kinda rip off for quality and it been hit or miss on coffee because way burnt coffee that was not I was looking. Some places I went to make really good coffee just the material they're given by Dunkin donuts corporation way out piss poor quality.

food is great and prepared to your hearts content, employees are polite and professional, location sucks though the place doesn't look like the amazing service and unique people that work there

This should be the one and only dunks you go to. They are a family there and it really has shined through this year. They make me day brighter when I walk in. They are very efficient, speedy, friendly and over all it has always been a great service experience.

Service was great! Had my order completed extremely fast and to my request and even offered me a second order of bagel bites on the house!

The coffee was great and the service was fast. The prices were less than what I usually pay in Vermont so that was really nice!
