AT&T Store

I've worked in customer service for a while and this store has an awesome crew! Specially Shepp went above and beyond to assist me with transitioning from verizon to AT&T all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and the utmost courtsey. Great job and I highly recommend you speak to him about all your cell phone needs. Great job sir and I appreciate all your hard work!

This is the only store I go to for AT&T services. Everyone is polite and helpful. Shep always has a smile on his face and gives helpful advice when it comes to phone plans and devices.

ive gone to naomi probably 10 times now they sold me my ipad and my airpod pros not to mention all the account help with everything from bills to getting protection on my account they have been nothing but solutions after solutions

Great service, the took us straight in and met all of our expectations. We merged an att plan and Verizon plan and got new phones…ended up being $40 per month cheaper!

Shep was so educated, communicated clearly, listened to me, was on my side and was so professional and efficient in helping me. He cleaned up a huge mess of a problem I had and I'm so grateful to have worked with him. He deserves a raise, praise and a promotion! I think he needs to be a trainer and train other store's associates!

The salesperson I worked with was a gentleman by the name of Shepp who was very congenial, professional and knowledgeable. He made me feel that I could trust the information he was giving me. After spending the better part of an evening trying to do an online phone upgrade and not being effective, I decided to drive to this store in Lawton the next day. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I worked with Shepp, and he was easily able to make my upgrade happen. It took less time to drive 45 minutes each way, get my phones, and drive back than what I spent the previous night with no results. Thank you Shepp for all the help!! Bottom line, it’s worth the time to go in-person with English speaking experts than trying to deal with the chat option online.

The store by Target/Academy in Lawton Oklahoma sucks! Rude people and they would not honor tax exempt. I had to drive clear a crossed town to the store by Dick’s. That store was great! It took 3 hours for me to get my phone because the other store did not do the reversal correct. Very frustrating but the customer service at the store by Dick’s was great!

Mackayla is the best! Super helpful she deserves a raise.

Lily was very excellent in her job and very efficient I would recommend you go to her or anyone in that store and they will help you with everything you need.

Shepp was amazing. Very patient and a good personality. He kept his calm even though he had to call someone from the porting department that was rather rude, kept us on hold for 25m and then refused to help us. He did everything he could and got me hooked up quickly, all things considered.
