I was lucky to catch a sale on clearance items that were buy 1 get 2 free! So I grabbed some things for my son's birthday that he is going to love! Xbox controller, vbucks, Xbox collectibles, new headset, and a couple shirts!

Well organized store , the employee Jess [ I hope I spelled her name right ] went above and beyond helping me. Great costumer service on her part. This is what game stop should be about, great costumer service.

Visited this location the other day to obtain a PS5 with God of War, and just as I was about to swipe my debit card for over $600, Dylan and Alberto informed me of the pro member benefits + trade-in specials. I immediately renewed my pro membership, and then ran home to grab a bunch of gaming related stuff that I had that was still essentially brand new, just not being used. After returning to the store shortly after that, all was said and done and I got what I went for, and ended up leaving the store with them owing me money! Thank you guys for your exceptional customer service, it definitely didn't go unnoticed that day!

I've been a GameStop Pro Member and customer for over 13 years And always have a good experience when I go. The employees are always pleasurable to talk to and are knowledgeable in video games in general! I will continue to give my business to them for my gaming needs!

My favorite gamestop in this area. Im a hardcore gamer, they have hooked me up w free stuff b4 and they are usually far less busy than other gamestops. As always knowledgeable awesome staff?!

First time today in this location. I will now make sure that this is my go to store, even though it’s an extra 20 minutes out of the way for me, by far it’s the best shopping experience I’ve had in any GameStop location. Your employee Mark was extremely helpful. Quick to answer any questions and help guide us through the store. Just stopped in to look around and kill time, yet ended up spending $100 on a game and Funko pops. Only issue I have had lately with any GameStop is the reduction in the selection of Funko pops. They used to always have a huge inventory and lots of variety, but all the stores locally have drastically reduced the inventory. I’m sure on line has a larger selection, but I like physically searching through all of them, being able to pick which ones I really liked.
But back to my rating, just wanted to say Mark is an awesome employee, and definitely makes your shop better than all the rest in the Lee County area

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They are passionate about gaming and really patient with answering questions and doing price checks. I was there for a while and got a chance to hear many customer interactions. The staff was impressive.

Gamestop online botched my order, so I went to the store instead. Assistant Manager Matthew was extremely knowledgeable amd honest in helping me choose the right products for my Nintendo Switch and Xbox. The next time I need something I will drive out of my way to shop from this store. Thanks Matthew!

Big fan of this location. Great service. Staff is always helpful. Just a great level of consistency that does a good job of justifying there still being brick-and-mortar game shops.

I went to Gamestop last night around 815 i always feel bad going somewhere right before they close. I went to the Gamestop on Del Prado to trade in my 3DS & they sent me away because it didnt have the update Gianni i believe his name was went above & beyond last night. Helping me do the update & even using his personal hotspot. We need more people like him he wasnt giving up & was so helpful. Thank you so much

This is a great location. The staff is so incredibly helpful even to my young son. They always have suggestions and answers and if not they find them right away. Love coming into this Gamestop.

Took my daughter in for an older animal crossing for the wii. The guy working was extremely nice and very helpful. I even bought an extra game and controller.

Best service out of all the GameStop around this area ! I recommend this location ! The guy at the cash register is what make this location great his name is ( Alex ) he never gives me no issues and he’s very knowledgeable about his video game !

Best place to buy all your gaming supplies and the people that work here are really amazing they are so friendly and they will always tell you their experiences with the games in the store before you even buy them.

Mark was very friendly and helpful. It was my first time being in this location and it's now my go-to GameStop.

Too pricey. Don't want to be the guy that leaves the bad review, though it was a little to expensive for my taste.
