AT&T Store

Stopped in to get a new phone added to my plan. Julie was there eager to help. It was close to closing time and she had another customer and she was by herself! She never made us feel like we were bothering her. Worked so hard to get everything transferred for us and with a smile on her face. What a great experience. She is an asset to your company!

First of all, I would like to apologize to evan o. I accidentally gave him a bad review.I went in last month For replacement on my broken phone.. Not only was he training, he was very informative. He knew how to talk to someone who was not Phone literate. Not only did he get me completely satisfied with my phone He helps my girlfriend get better deal and a better phone Since she's a hospice nurse that gave her better internet. Thank you again and I apologize.

The worker, Beverley B, she did wonderful.

She not only was good at helping me get a new phone, she went up and beyond at helping my folks save a bit of money on stuff. And when mentioning that I wanted to get a case, helped us with a buy two accessories get one free deal.

She also was diligent with helping other customers out. And she was knowledgeable with her work. She deserves a raise, and more people to help her out. Seriously, she was alone in the store, and said she was busy a lot. Get that lady some support.

Went in to add a line to my account and upgrade to the new iPhone 14. Leslie T. Helped me and was absolutely amazing and quick! I was in and out in no time, couldn’t of asked for a better experience. On top of that she was dealing with 2 other customers at the same time!!! 5 stars for you Leslie!! Thank you.

Beverly is the absolute best!! She was so knowledgeable, patient, and sweet! She was the only employee working on 5/22 yet multitasked and helped everyone like a pro! Switching my phone over wasn’t the easiest, and she was so helpful! Thank you so much Beverly!!

Leslie and Sam are incredible. They figured out issues that have been going on for YEARS within minutes. Lexington folks should drive to Lawrenceburg for supreme customer service and product knowledge!!
