Boost Mobile

I had issues with a boost store in MD with the phone I got and these to in Chambersburg was a big help they keeped me calm and did great job with me they to be recognized for. I had a really bad experience with the store in Hagerstown recently so I went to the Chambersburg store by Walmart and Johnathan helped me out and made everything right for me. He was patient and very helpful! He is also a really nice person. He will be my go to from now on! I can't thank him enough for helping me through that big mess I was in!

Highly recommend this store. Dani was fantastic. Had a new phone up and going in less than 20 minutes. I live less than 1 mile from the Shippensburg location but will be driving the extra 8 miles to this one. Thank you again Dani for all of your help!

After 3 1/2 weeks of trying to get my phone activated though customer service and being transferred from department to department being lie to hung up on put every different direction, Johnathan was amazing got me all set up and ready to go, he explained everything in detail had patience and got me being the happiest person as customer service should have known what need to be done, come down to lwe Chambersburg to visit boost and have a great experance

I went into boost Mobile with my brother because he lost his phone and we decided to go with boost Mobile and start a new plan and Jonathan Wilson the worker there went above and beyond to help us in every way possible I am so thankful that we had someone that listened to us and explain things to us that we needed to know thank you 😊

My phone would not respond in any way. Anthony was told i was completely deaf and he stepped up and resolved my issues. He explained in writing to help me understand.

The young man that helped me was very helpful and even though he had quite a few people there he tried to accommodate everybody he did a wonderful job even though there were people that were not happy to wait
