You know, I rarely ship stuff but when I actually have its music equipment. I stopped in the other day and I think owner help me out. The gentleman was very helpful and genuinely wanted to help me for shipping. I even said I was going to create a label at home to save money. And he was really just concerned about me being comfortable in my choices. So I bought the materials to ship my item there and he even helped me cut the box down. I was honestly a little shocked at the polite attitude in environment so thanks dude 👍

We have a mailbox here and get a lot of packages delivered! Kuldeep and the rest of the crew are always super helpful and courteous. They always go above and beyond great customer service. Great people. If u live in the city and don't want to have to worry about packages being stolen from your door step , I highly recommend you get a mailbox at this ups store. Also they have notary livescan, passport service too.

Very friendly every time I come in here. I am not tech savvy but they have the patience in helping me. They are very knowledgeable and professional in a kind way. They are my UPS store of choice

This store is one of a kind the owner husband and wife will go out of there way to make sure you are happy and your packages are packed up good and labeled right. AMAZING place!

Friendly and efficient service from this family run UPS store. Our family has used this store for many years - to print, shipping, notary also passport photo. Singh goes out of his way to help with complicated projects and thinks outside the box to help us save money. It is always a pleasure to do business with him.

I always go to this store when I return items and have had no issues. I don't know why some reviewers mention their culture. That has nothing to do with anything. I have met lots of rude people of all races.

I take all my business to UPS in Atwater, CA 95301, The owner & his wife are very helpful & so considerate in more ways than one. I wouldn't take my business anywhere else even If I got charged more here because you can't buy generosity and respect for any amount of money. It's hard to find a business nowdays with good natured employees & an oustanding environment . I'm here

I visit this store several times and I really like their customer service. I really appreciate their efforts, they provide such an excellent service to their customers. No need to wait over there more than a minute, its just like we go in and out. They are really quick. That’s why, I am giving them five starts.

Had a last-minute complex project on a deadline, and the UPS Store came through for me in spades! Cooldeep took my project minutes before closing, and stayed an hour and a half insisting he complete it. They really came through for me, and that level of customer service is rare these days. They’ve earned my loyalty! 5 stars!!

I have been a customer of the UPS store in Atwater for a very long time. They have always been friendly and helpful. I ship and receive many packages a week and the staff has always helped me with all my requests. I ship a lot of oversized and weird shaped motorcycle parts and they have been able to handle all my crazy requests, and I know I can be preety overbearing when I walk in with 12 items that I need boxed up but they have always been helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this shop over all others I have used. They also sign and receive all my packages for me and take care of my mail that comes there as well. Love the girls, love the staff and the owner has gone out of her way to be helpful. A+++

I was stopping in to get a package on my way from Monterey to Yosemite and it hadn't arrived yet..BUT one of the girls working WENT OUT TO MEET THE UPS DRIVER!! She got me my package and on my way in no time. Outstanding service. And all of the girls working were very friendly.

Never have I had a problem with this UPS store. From my private mailbox to sending and receiving packages, the owner and all the employees are very helpful and courteous, even when the place is extremely busy. I absolutely love this place.

Only I did the stars but ever since the first visit and when I came back months later due to my other friends brother knew each other and he too really help me out a lot and very good man runs the business here in Atwater.. Good luck 👍🏻 in your operation on Sundays too but If it will be a 6 day operation, I will understand coz not too many business on Sundays 😢😢 enjoy 😊 our town of Atwater and hopefully it will be good to you in your future..
