I bought a couple appliances from John a couple months ago. Our microwave started having some problems and John was fantastic in switching it out for a new one and making sure everything worked and we were happy. He was great to work with. I would still buy from him again and reccomend him to others.

We purchased a dishwasher and microwave from illustrious appliances, and we worked with John. I have to say, it was amazing how easy it was. I was in a hurry and had to go to work but needed appliances, so I looked online, called him, he sent me some pictures of what he had in stock and had it delivered to me that
day. He also worked with us to switch our microwave out when it ended up being one I didn't like... Imagine that since I didn't go in and pick it in person. Anyways, it came with a warranty oh, I'm going back for a stove, and we were very happy with Jon's services. Recommend totally.

I have a Maytag dishwasher that stopped operating due to a faulty door latch. Not only did I find a replacement latch already assembled here, it was significantly more economical that the parts sourced directly from Maytag. The assembly was promptly shipped to my home, and dropped into place without issue.
I could not be more satisfied. Thank you for everything.

Quick and easy to work with. The dishwasher we selected had a busted spring and the door kept falling open. John quickly helped us replace the spring to ensure we had no issues. I appreciated the quick resolve to the issue.

My only comment might be the location was difficult to find in an industrial park.

They had a good selection of appliances and where very helpful. John was a little slow responding to my messages, but he was still great to work with. They didnt have the microwave that I needed so they took the time to repair and inspect some for me to check out the next day. Prices were very reasonable and I would definitely buy from them a again.

John was incredibly helpful, several times. We have been remodeling a basement apartment for my parents and were in need of a dishwasher. We purchased one that is amazing! Fast forward a few days...parents were selling their home and needed to upgrade the dishwasher. BAM!! John to the rescue. We had purchased a washer and dryer from a used appliance store in Clearfield prior to coming across John's business. It looked nice, but was hot garbage. We returned those appliances and literally ran back to John to help us find a good washer and dryer. Again, BAM!!! Solved. 100% upstanding, honest and carries through on what he says.

I called John on a Saturday looking for a dishwasher. He stayed late so that I could drive down, and he had the machine all hooked up so he could show me it working. Very friendly and knowledgeable, I will be buying my appliances from John from know on.
