Elementar Outdoor Living

Working with Elementar has been a great experience. They were very organized and thorough with the design process and the execution of my project. Fabio coordinated and managed everything. He was always attentive with my inquiries and helped navigate through any changes that were needed. I highly recommend this company, Elementar, and request to speak with Fabio! We worked with Elementar to build an outdoor kitchen and put travertine tiles down on our patio. We worked with Fabio and he was great about putting together the right design for our space and getting it done. Fabio was easy to communicate with when there was a question or concern along the way. All messages and calls were answered the same day throughout the process, usually in less than an hour of reaching out. The team working on the project was knowledgeable and pleasant. Most importantly we got great results and love the addition to our home.

AMAZED at the beautiful job that Elementar Outdoor did for my husband and I's entire outdoor living area! From the outdoor kitchen to pavers and turf, working with Alex and his team was beyond easy. The level of detail and service we received was exceptional. I would highly recommend them!!!!

Poor communication biggest problem! Job okay, had to fix a problem....

I DO NOT recommend. They promised the approval of my Pergola project at the HOA due to previous experiences. After almost 6 months trying the HOA described detailed conditions. They decided not to do it. After I had hired another professional they charged me USD 800 for their “work”, even having decided to pass my project.

The work they did for me was great. But there were a lot of issues with things not be completed, done incorrectly and poor communication. My project is done. I am having an electrical issue for over a month and have not been able to use my outdoor kitchen at all. It has been over 3 weeks and still no one has fixed it. I have called Ana and emailed her. The electrician didn't even go to the house and because it raining didn't even want to go by. Yet it did not rain all day. Then the next day he went to the wrong house and told Ana that nothing was wrong. Then he goes by the next day and says he cant do anything and needs help to move the appliances. That was on a Friday . Today is Tuesday and no one has told me whats going on so im still waiting. Ana has communicated inconsistently, not always letting me know the outcome, The only way I get information is by emailing her. Sad the outcome of the work is great but the service is not.

I had someone come by my house and give me a quote and they wanted to charge me 23,000 for a 10 by 20 pergola just by itself and for a simple outside kitchen it was all coming out to 37,000. I got a quote with another company which was a lot cheaper but at the end I decided to go with an inground pool with pavers and the screen enclosure and I spent 44,000 to get something I really wanted,and once I told my sale's rep that I think the pergola was a bit over priced she even didn't try to come up with another solution and see if we can figure something else out.I can't speak for everyone else but my experience wasn't the greatest and once again they we're way over priced get a few quotes.

Horrible customer service. Work was delayed and job finished 2 months behind schedule. Continued issue with repairs and a real struggle to get them to come out and fix. I went with them on the recommendation of a friend but wish I would have chosen another company.
