We went there to switch services and expected it to be a total nightmare. We were immediately greeted by this young man. We explained what we wanted to do. Got the discounts and we were done in no time. Got both of our new phones programed. Didn't have any problems at all. It was an OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!

I went into to this store having to pick up 2 Sim cards. Apparently, the ones I ordered online had not been delivered or previous #' canceled by previous carrier. Jake the store Mgr assisted Rosa on my acct to help get me new Sim cards. Rosa was very knowledgeable and sweet. She also told me about how we are spending more for less GB and how I can save money on my mthly bill.

Tiffany is the best AT&T employee in the state of Texas, maybe the whole world! She has helped my husband and I for numerous years with numerous phone updates and changes plus several other customers I’ve sent in the store to see her! Always helpful and never once has not known the answer to a question about our phones!

We transferred a phone carrier from Verizon to att (after 18 years with Verizon)
Rosa got my wife a new phone, transferred her old phone contents to the new phone, transferred my phone contents to my wife's old phone, transferred my Verizon phone number to the new AT&T account, all while helping 3 other customers on the store.
Rosa was knowledgeable, friendly, time conscious , and answered everyone's questions while she worked.
She was complemented by more than one customer.

After 7+ years nursing my Samsung Ruby Smart phone it was time to upgrade as some of my apps were no longer working and the phone was slowing down.

Long story short, I went to the AT&T dealer in Bridgeport, TX and thank to an amazing team I was able to locate and upgrade to a new Samsung J7 and loving every minute of it.

Never felt pressured to buy anything out of my budget or something I did not needed. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. And the transaction and data transfer was ever so easy and very smooth.

I had a broken Note 10+ . They got me a 23 and all my contacts and calendar data transferred along with all apps.

Tiffany helped me set up my fitbit HR and Samsung headphones. She was extremely patient with me while showing me all the cool things I can do with both.

The people that work here are always helpful. Most phones have to be ordered. Att signal is spotty in this area and very expensive in my opinion.
