I drive 2 hours to check this store out. Rebecca was very helpful and very knowledgeable. The store is well organized and well stocked with various leather, tools, books, hardware, and anything and everything all things leather related. The only bad thing is the store is not closer to me.

While I've ordered from Tandy before, I decided to make the 2 hour drive to the store in Syracuse since I needed some dye and I was afraid that they might freeze during shipment. I have to say it was the BEST thing I've done in a long time! This store is completely stocked with every item I could need or want! The selection of leather is great and I could sort through and get exactly what I wanted. Rebecca was very helpful and I felt quite comfortable with my first (and definitely not my last) visit. The staff was very accommodating to any customer that came in- leather worker or not.
Well I went there to buy some dye and some hardware. $1100 later, I was walking out with a big smile on my face and wondering what I was forgetting. Thank you Rebecca!

Leathers, fasteners, tools for stitching, cutting, shaping along with books on how too learn more ways to craft leather. Some kits that have everything needed already cut to size, ready for the novice to craft and gain experience.

Anything you need for leather working is here. Very large assortment of everything in their catalog. Friendly staff to guide you in the right direction. Parking was easy, but you could easily drive by the place.

OMG let me just say that Rebecca at Tandy Leather Syracuse defines the meaning of customer service!!!!! She was SO helpful in answering my questions, going above and beyond by showing me how to complete certain tasks i had questions on as well. She is very knowledgable and friendly.
