Food Lion

I like this store! It's clean, the staff is courteous and friendly, and when they have clearance sales, I take advantage of the fantastic prices and stock up. Even the rest room was clean. The meats are good quality and produce fresh. It is one of the best places to shop groceries in Aiken.

I like to get what I pay for. I paid for fresh food of high quality, and that is exactly what I received.

Smaller store, but staff is very friendly and always helpful. I almost always find what I need here. Especially love the availability of Southern ingredients and the little locally made section.

I miss our Food Lion! I traveled to Aiken to visit the Food Lion to buy my dog her dog food found in the cold section....we don't have the products in Barnwell!

We keep coming back to Food Lion for our grocery trips. Excellent prices, friendly service and good selection. In fact, their produce is consistently good and often better than the stores that cost a lot more. Since they renovated the store it is even better.

They still have cashiers here. I get ticked off at other stores where they really push you to do self check out. I hate that, especially when scanning produce. I would do it if they give me a price discount since I am forced to work for them for free, but they don't. This is why I like Food Lion the best as they don't push you to self service, they have several cashiers working at the same time. That is called service!

Overall, I highly recommend Food Lion and we will continue to shop here!

They've recently refurbished this store and it's very nice. It's now one of my favorite grocery stores in town. I never seem to have to wait when checking out and the cashiers are very friendly.

The remodel is great so far! I happened to stop in today and they have the best selection of organic items! Vegan and vegetarian items as well that I haven't found elsewhere. Very good! Happy!

I really enjoy shopping there. They seem to be better stocked than some of the other grocery stores. Still no one has fries or can cat food. Pickings is slim in all stores even in dollar general. Found some cat food today at that Food Lion, yay.

Love this store. They're going to be a bit messy soon due to an ENTIRE STORE renovation. Spoke with the store mng. who gave me a bit of the break down. All new fixtures etc. Sounds like several items will be flipped to other side of store. This is a good thing, this store hasn't had the smallest of renovations since the '80's

The vegetables and fruit are always plentiful and fresh.
