My favorite book store. It has all of my favorite books and a variety of Japanese manga! I could spend hours in here. It has not only books, but also merchandise and collectibles! The staff is friendly and the books are high quality.

Great book selection and often great deals and sales. They are pretty much the only store left in/at the Aiken Mall. And that is okay with me as it was/is the best. It is more than worth the drive from Augusta because sometimes they will have books that Barnes & Noble just doesn't. Also the staff is incredibly helpful. I have never had any problems with Customer Service there, and that is a big thing for me.

Love BAM!! The associates are always very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about books in general. They are outstanding in their respective specialties! Helped us pick books for our niece that were a huge hit!

They were having a $5 and $10 sale on books. My 11 yr old and I each found something we liked. They staff was super nice and helpful. Plus we got $1 frozen hot chocolates. What a treat..

Customer service is always amazing and today(05/25/2019) their manager and staff went above and beyond. My wife left her wallet and we had to drive back from Augusta. Upon arrive the manager came out and apologized and offered us some frozen drinks from their cafe to cool down!!! WE LOVE THIS LOCATION!!! Thank you Books-A-Million!!

My daughter returned some gifts she received from Christmas. The lady at the desk was very helpful and kind. She even let my daughter choose her own giftcard to put the credit on - this is a big deal for an 8 year old! We were extremely happy with our visit!

I quite like it, I'm a big reader, and that card is useful. I've seen worse prices on books, so I'm not too worried about it, and I prefer brick-and-mortar stores to buying books online. Also, the people that make coffee there, are pretty dope, pretty nice people.

I love this place. I went to replace a book that got destroyed in storage, and this one woman went and found a copy for me since it wasn't on the shelf. She then recommended a great book to me, which so far I am loving. I love the staff here, this place has everything you could need.

Yes, they are open! The store is fully stocked with the lastest titles and best-selling ones from the past. More than books here too. Lots of interesting things to browse. Store is merchandised well and the staff is very friendly and ready to help. No need to drive anywhere for books. BAM has them all here in Aiken.

Great selection here from classic and new release books to graphic novels and collectibles
