AT&T Store

They were very helpful and making sure that I understood I needed a new phone and I needed to update and maybe possibly replace my router so they've done a really good job but I have to go back to download my information from my phone today or tomorrow.

Quick service. Representative was focused on helping us, not distracted. We were treated very well and will recommend this location to others.

Great service web ought two new S24 and had all our questions answered. We then decided to sign up for internet.

My father in law needed to change his phone number from a flip phone to a smart phone! Friendly and quick service! Made some modifications to the settings! Tested the phone before we left! Texts and phone calls worked! Now he can learn to text, call, and use the internet! Clean store! Not very busy for some reason??

Ta'Mia was very helpful and pleasant. I had a lot of questions and requests. She assisted me with patience and a positive attitude. The other reps in the store were also nice. The vibe of the store was relaxed and comfortable. I didn't feel like I had to rush. I was able to get all my concerns addressed.

It only took me a few minutes to get my phone line added onto another family members. Since we are both primary, so even though I wasn't on the plan when I walked in, the fact that my father and I both have access to make changes to the plan made it so quick and convenient.. the sales rep was so fast and helpful! We have had AT&T since back when it used to be Cingular wireless.. we are loyal customers and I wont be changing companies any time soon.

Fast, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My wife and I have seven kids, so needless to say, we have visited the Otter Creek / Mabelvale location around 20ish times in the past 6 or so months. They have always gone above and beyond. We've purchased I believe 5 phones and two smart watches so far. We still have two more kids that are almost old enough for their first phone. As you can see, they have made us loyal customers.

I need help while traveling and stopped into this Little Rock location. The rep Ricky was a pleasure to work with. He not only took the time to walk me through everything but also let me know about better plan options. He was super knowledgeable and had great customer service especially with everything going on in the world.

5! Very Satisfied!! Marvin was very knowledgeable and personable in working with us. The staff seemed to have a very caring relationship with each other as well! As soon as we entered the store Marvin met us with a welcome and jovial smile, asking how he could assist us. AND proceeded to do so.

We’ve been using an old flip phone for my elderly mother-in-law, and it’s continually giving us trouble. Associates at this store are always courteous and helpful.

Went in today for a New Phone.Keith was Very Professional, Very Informative & Very Knowledgeable. He walked me through the entire process. This was my second visit too this store in a few years. I will definitely keep my business there. I Definitely Will Recommend this store too others. Very Pleasant Experience.

Jessica was so helpful and got what I needed done in a timely manner. I had my nephew with me and his attention span and patience aren’t the best. So I’m glad Jessica was able to make the process of adding a line painless. We will be back just for her!!!

This store is by far the best one I’ve been to yet. While I recognized that they were short staffed, the manager insisted on checking on me every 5-7 minutes to make sure I wasn’t forgotten about and was able to do the same for others that were waiting as well. Marvin was my rep and was a pleasure to work with. My jaws are still hurting from laughing so much! I felt like just a number when I’ve visited other locations, but if customer service is your thing definitely come here. Marvin tried to push their tv service, but my husband works for dish so I politely declined. Had he not though, I would’ve signed up just because of pure customer service! I purchased what I came for and grinned from ear to ear as Marvin opened the door for me on the way out. Thanks again guys!

I went to the Alcoa store and they told me they couldn't help me that I could go to a different store to get help. Was greeted as soon as I walked through the door by Paul and was helped so professionally. Him and Courtney were so pleasant to work with. Thank you!

After a horrible experience at the corporate AT&T store on Alcoa, I rolled into the Bass Pro AT&T store 15 minutes before closing. Kaitlyn (spelling?) had me fixed up in no time. Big thanks for being an honest store, rather than just trying to sell me something.
