Walgreens Pharmacy

After Emergency Room we got to this Pharmacy at 10 minutes to close in a Monday, they filled our prescription for my Mother In Law in a few minutes, saving us a trip back in town the next day.

Excellent customer service with the Pharmacist, and their staff. They are very busy & on top of their responsibility’s. Highly recommend their Pharmacist & staff!!!!!

Customer service great but pharmacy understaffed, overwhelmed so very slow!

Horrible place. They never know where your medication is, and it takes way too long to check out.

DO NOT buy your glucose test strips here! They charge more than two times the price than other pharmacies, then refuse to refund an unopened box with receipt. This isn't a product that is ingested so this policy is ridiculous. Next time my purchase will be ANYWHERE else so I can get twice the product for half the price...and they will refund them if I'm dissatisfied!

UPDATE: I spoke by phone to the pharmacy manager, Garrett. Kevin (store manager) and Garrett explained that this was a misunderstanding and it should have been refunded because it was an OTC purchase. They were very kind and refunded my money, in full, a few days later. I just wanted to let everyone know that they did the right thing. A big thank you to Garrett and Kevin!

An endlessly revolving door of overworked staff endlessly taking their frustrations with the management out on the patients/customers, so in other words a classic example of an incompetently managed rural franchise. If I wanted to wait half an hour in line only to be condescended to, I'd go to the DMV.

Unprofessional, liars and thieves! A week after reconstructive knee surgery I was having complications and went to the ER. The ER Dr. Wrote me a presceiption to get me through to the next day when I could contact my surgeon, which is three hours from where I live. I dropped my prescription off at Walgreens and when I went to pick it up I was told that they could not fill it because I had a previous prescription a week earlier(which had ran out two days prior). I was told the pharmacist called the ER Dr and told the the ER Dr told him to trash the prescription. Mind you the ER Dr knew my prescription had run out two days earlier. I then called the ER and asked why this had happened and the ER Dr said he had never said that. The next day I called the manager at walgreens and they stuck to their same story. I then called the hospital Administrator who had my file in front of her while I was speaking with her and she told me their were absolutely no notes of the ER Dr doing this. I then called the manager at walgreens again and told him what the administrator had told me, in which he stuck to their story and said the prescription had "void" written over it so it could not be filled. When I asked to see said voided prescription they could not provide it....hmm. I then talked to another manager who was very polite and apologetic. He told me if I had another prescription that they would make it priority to fill it as soon as possible. Well guess what? I got a presceiption from my Dr and since my normal pharmacy was about to close I decided to give them another chance, and the fact I was in agonizing pain. My fiance took the prescription in and was told they could not fill it and tried to keep it! They asked her why didn't she take it to harps, I guess they don't like new customers, so she snatched it from their hand and left. We eventually got it filled at harps with no problem at all.

Do Not Use this Walgreen after any kind of Surgery!!! Over a 4 Hour Wait
Unprofessional and total lack of organization.
This location is only useful for daily refill meds
Not for after Surgical Care!!

WORST PHARMACY IN TOWN!

Long waits in the store and in the drive thru. Understaffed and much incompetence abounds in this store. Avoid the headaches and go elsewhere.

Seems like every month is a new problem, from denying my refill because they are submitting to wrong part of Medicare, to today's blunder of only sending 1 of 4 prescription refills to doctor and when the one comes back all they do is wait and when I call to ask if they're sure they say yes. When things make NO SENSE you better be on your A game or you look incompetent like today. I'm changing to a different pharmacy after this refill as I've lost confidence, it's been a nightmare with 2 refills in 2019, both with ignorant blunders.

UNACCEPTABLE POOR SERVICE.

A prescription was turned in for me 6 days ago. As of today they are still working on putting it together. Do not use them if you would actually like to get your prescriptions.

Since one star is the lowest choice I will give the pharmacy that. I talked to the store manager about how inefficient it was and he only said they are understaffed and under trained right now. Is this a way to run a business?
I thought you should a store such as Walgreens would be better prepared and not with situations this bad!

I tried to get my diabetic meds there and had to go back three times to get half of it then they canceled my perccricption because every time I went to get it the line wrapped around the building so I waited until the next time I went into town. And that wasn't fast enough for them. I am getting my perccricptions elsewhere.

Come here if you would like to wait 30min in line every time. Honestly don’t know what takes this place so long every time but I promise you there is always a 15-30min wait even after they call and tell you your prescription ready to pick up. Terribly ran place!!

Nobody answers the phone. I listen to the music then it hangs up! What's up

Wait times here are ridiculous every time and you can never get ahold of them on the phone.
