No one does it better. Clint Recktenwald and his service team at Genuine Care far surpass any other source of medications and pharmacy services in the area. Service is immediate - cordial - caring and focused on patient/customer needs. We are SO fortunate to have this personal alternative to the institutional pharmacy sources available. I have changed insurance companies to be able to stay with Genuine Care - and will do whatever it takes to retain their services and support that business.

This is a good place to get my medicine. They even stayed open late so I could get my prescription, great customer service.

Such lovely people. So helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Clint, the head pharmacist, is one of the greatest guys I know. He truly cares about people, and goes out of his way to make you feel important to him and his family.
The man knows his stuff and ALWAYS is honest with what your best options are… which is rare in the pharmaceutical world. It’s not just about money & numbers…. He truly cares about people’s well being.
The other women that work there always make my day with a warm smile.
They have a drive-thru which is awesome!

The staff and pharmacists here are truly phenomenal. If it is one thing that is important to me, it is customer service. Like any other place, sometimes things go wrong but they handle it with such ease and have helped even when the problem lies with insurance or the doctors office.

We LOVE Clint and his staff!! He goes above and beyond for his clients!! So so thankful for a hometown pharmacy!
