Magnolia RV Park

This is one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed at long-term. Very quiet, very spacious and very clean. There is a huge pond with a fountain, ducks, fish, and turtles to watch. Even a fenced in dog park! The owners are very accommodating, and very nice people. I will definitely be back next year and would definitely recommend to my friends.

These people are awesome. Nice clean sites, great internet, and it's quiet. They have a really nice clubhouse with shower facilities and washers and dryers. You can even refill your propane on site. Back in January, we had a freeze. I went home to Louisiana, but the owners kept my propane tanks filled so my furnace ran and I didn't have any issues. They just emailed me invoices for the gas. How many other park owners would make that offer? David and Karen, the owners, will help you have a great experience.

Karen & David Have done an amazing job! This place is the best! They have a beautiful pond with a fountain going. It's so nice and quiet and relaxing. The whole place is very well maintained.

We are almost to the end of our 6 month stay. Owners Karen and David are awesome. They keep good reigns on the park so that everybody's stay is enjoyable. Everyone is respectful of each other, and the ducks and chickens are wonderful !

Easy access near junction of 82/371. Although google maps took us in on the scenic route.
Peaceful and pretty park with a beautiful pond, fish, turtles, ducks, and chickens.
Nice dog park and you can walk the pond loop with your dog.
We were in a pull through site and there’s a nice amount of space between sites.
Clean laundry open 24 hours and you can purchase a few necessities.
Karen and David are great hosts.
We stayed a week and explored every town in a 2 hour radius.
We shopped at Brookshire’s market. And there’s a Walmart.

Amazing experience! The park is so well kept up. Bathrooms and shower very clean and nice ! The hospitality from the owners was amazing! Family ran Rv park well worth stopping and enjoying the waterfowls/ducks/chickens. Seeing the turtles sun bathe on the bank of the pond ! Just amazing! Take the time to stop here you wont regret it !!! Amazing Owners ! We have a 38ft travel trailer got in and out easy didn’t have to un hook with our suv we hit almost 46/48ft. No problem getting in our spot and heading back out ! Oh and Wi-Fi is amazing !

Karen, lady in charge, omgosh! Amazing! She is VERY considerate, always willing to help and you can tell she knows what's up. 😁 Again, place is amazing and I am VERY happy this is the place we have chosen to stay. Thank you Karen, all your hard work definitely shows.

Our overnight stay at Magnolia RV Park was perfect. So glad we found this hidden gem! The facilities and grounds are well kept & absolutely beautiful. Wish we could have stayed awhile longer. We will definitely try to come back again!

Magnolia RV park provided the most relaxing, comfortable, and serene stay we've had while traveling. The park is immaculate. The owners are nice, helpful, and informative. And the ducks are fun to watch!

Was in the area for work, and stayed for 3 weeks plus. The pond and fountain is serene, very relaxing. The facility is very well kept, and the management is very nice. The management would check in with me every now and then to see if all was good... I recommend if it's available, a campsite on the pond. Thank you for a wonderful stay Magnolia RV.

We loved staying here and we will definitely come back! The owners were super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a waterfront back in site and the view was amazing! The ducks are such a fun addition to the pond. My kids loved playing with them & watching them swim. Be sure to bring frozen peas to feed the ducks. We also enjoyed fishing the pond. We caught several bass and a couple of bream. The wifi and the propane refill station are great onsite amenities!

Great little local Hideaway rv park. The laundry room was in the clubhouse/main building. It was clean and the machines worked great. The shower rooms were clean and spacious, great if you don't want to take a shower in your rv. The park was very clean and well kept, clearly it is cared for. Didn't notice and broken down rigs or gross long termer sites which is a major plus! Large sites with picnic tables, cute ducks in the pond, overall very relaxing and quiet. We just spent one night in our way thru and it was greatly appreciated! We'll stop again if we ever come beach this way. Also the local crawfish haven restaurant is AMAZING.

Wonderful RV Park!! We travel in a 40’ motorhome. Sites are very roomy. This park is super clean and very pretty. We had a fantastic 2-night stay here. They have full hook ups; all connections were in perfect condition. The park is beautiful with a lovely pond to walk around and many well cared for ducks. The grass and landscape is very well-maintained. The showers and laundry facilities are super clean. The owner/operators are friendly and helpful. There is a great dog park as well. Would definitely stay here again.

I'm a long term RV'er at Magnolia RV park. I chose this place based off the reviews and pictures I found online.
After being here a few months now, I am happy to say that I am not disappointed.
The owners are lovely people. They keep the park clean and well maintained. It's quiet and peaceful. Their sites are leveled gravel with grassy areas in-between.
There is a pond that comes with ducks included.
The Wi-Fi is site specific. You aren't sharing a Wi-Fi signal with everyone else. So nice.
The club house has bathrooms, showers, laundry facilities, lounge area, TV, games, etc.
It's a great place to park for a night or for a while.

The owners of this park were amazing! We stayed here a week, very relaxing atmosphere! Clean and well kept. If you’re ever in the town of Magnolia, Arkansas be sure to call and check their availability as they have a full house most of the time. Surely you will enjoy the natural scenery. If you are in the area of Magnolia, TX you need to stay at Magnolia RV Park. The customer service from the owners is amazing. When the bad weather started rolling in, Karen was quick to reach out to us, letting us know the best way to keep advised. The park has full hookups and is very clean. There is a pond with fountain that is relaxing. Ducks and chickens will come and visit. We definitely will stay again when in the area.

Quiet, clean and totally relaxing place to stay. Bathrooms, showers, laundry were the cleanest I've ever seen...far superior to any hotel!! Karen and David are friendly hosts who are honest and easy to deal with. Very helpful. We stayed for 2 months and would have stayed longer if we could. Highly recommend spending some time here to relax!
