The owner is on site and really friendly. The hotel is a little dated but clean and comfortable. Our fridge didn't work and I had a new fridge in my room as soon as I told the office. I was with a group of bikers and we found a fresh bucket of cleaning rags for the bikes every morning. Beds were comfortable and the pool well maintained. The on site laundry was great. Other people posted about unsavory people and I didn't see anything like that for the week.

Owner was Really Nice & accommodated everything that we asked for. Room was really spacious very clean smelled nice & had a back door leading out onto a balcony. Very nice for the price .
Also a Quiet place . Able to sleep all night.

Very nice place to stay. Clean room, comfy and has cable tv. My first time at Arkansas with my bike. Intended to stay one but I was tempted to stay one extra night. Great staff. Definitely will be going back

Stayed at the Family Budget Inn from July 5th - 9th. I admit that the mixed reviews were confusing, but my experience there fully met and exceeded my expectations. The management was attentive to the group I was with, eight bikers and their motorcycles. Each day they put out old hand towels and wash clothes for us to clean the dew and road grime from our bikes. My room was freshly painted and everything was clean. Yes the bathroom was dated in color scheme, but all electrical and other items worked flawlessly. Good cold AC, flat panel television, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator all were welcome features, aND the pool was nice. I definitely recommend this place.

Always quiet and rooms and pool very clean. Although it is an older hotel, it is well maintained and I have stayed in other name brand hotels which weren't near as nice or clean with sub par service. This hotel and its staff will make sure that your stay is a successful one. Anytime over the course of construction on my project, I have picked this hotel over any of the closer units after attempting to stay closer. They just weren't as friendly or quiet. WiFi also is MUCH better than any of the chain hotels that I visited, bar none. I am comparing this hotel to others significantly higher priced as well. You won't find the noise, the smells, the uncaring staff, and all of the other things that business travels find all to commonly.

The owner / front desk manager was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean, and the beds / pillows are comfortable. Overall, it was a nice room, and I would recommend staying in this inn.

Decent place for the money. The owners were nice. They allowed pets. I have 2 Shepards. I love the bathrooms. The old tile.. Good stay! I love a nice cheap motel

The room was clean and comfy. The owner was super nice and they even leave a bucket of towels by the door to wipe down your motorcycle. Would stay again.

Stayed here back in July on a Motorcycle trip to Texas. Pulled up at nearly Midnight, owner was very nice about a Loud Harley arriving that late. He put me in the lower floor so i could park in front of my room, room was quiet, very clean, yet dated, which for $50 if you cant deal with dated decor for that price, go pay $200 a night somewhere else. Would happily stay here again if i ever go thru Harrison again.

I have stayed here many times while traveling on my motorcycles. Rooms are clean good price and owner is friendly and makes sure everything is good.

Came here for a cheap place to stay for our honeymoon. Not too far from Branson. Great, clean rooms. Nice pool and park area. Everyone who worked there was super nice and friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Friendly staff, nice big rooms with high ceilings. Everything was clean. We had a non-smoking room and it smelled clean. Affordable and pet friendly!

It's a good place to crash on bed before a big hike next day at Ozark Mountains. Owners are very friendly, provides breakfast as well.. affordable.. clean.. convenient

The rooms are older and have and the decor is not modern, but those are the only complaints. Everything was super clean and the staff at the hotel was beyond friendly. Really worth the stay
