Outstanding and very friendly service from the moment we arrived at Koch's. My car was damaged due to an encounter with a deer so needed evaluation for road worthiness before heading back to Kansas. The very nice lady in the office immediately called on Matt to assist and he did a fantastic job securing the front fender with zip-ties. If Morrilton were my home I would most definitely do business with Koch's. Matt is a super young man offering efficient service with a great smile!

My partner and I are new to RVing, and got our 30,000 lb truck+fifth wheel stuck in mud in the middle of a field due to some poor navigation directions from our Garmin device. We waited 4 hours for AAA to tell us they couldn’t find anyone to come help us that evening, so we took matters into our own hands. We talked to two other local wrecker services who turned us down before we got connected to Koch’s. He made it clear that he wasn’t sure he would be able to help, but he agreed to come out anyway, at 9pm on the Friday after Thanksgiving, to analyze the situation. It was a struggle for him to find us but he kept trying, and when he finally found us around 10pm, he got us out with no issues. We are so grateful for Koch’s gracious and patient assistance!

Friendly staff helped with an estimate when we took our car in with hail damage. The estimate was just about spot on with the insurance adjusters quote for the damages. Helpful staff and great prices when it comes to repair work.

My son’s tire blew out on I-40 and the most wonderful gentleman, Gary, from Koch showed up quickly and took great care of my son. The spare tire was NOT easy to get to, but Gary persisted and got my son back on his way to move to college. He even allowed me to come pick up the blown tire the next day since my son’s truck was loaded down with all his belongings. Great guy and fabulous service. Thank you so much, Gary, for taking care of my boy!!

Fast, friendly service. Called from 58 miles from home for a tow. They showed up within an hour and a half from so far away.

Greg was amazing! He was a huge blessing in helping me get my car back. He worked with me and was very understanding! I have never had such a positive experience with getting my car towed. I had lost my keys and my windows were down when my car was towed. He covered my windows while my car was impounded so it wouldn't rain in my car. God bless him!

Years of service from this local Family. Everyone at the shop has always been straight up on price. They go out of the way to save u whatever they can. Only place I've called for a tow n service in 25 yrs and will continue to call them for all my needs

Very knowledgable on construction of older and newer model vehicles. No job too big nor too small. And most importantly they do not try to take advantage of customers. They try women like their mother.
