I cannot say enough positive things about Red River! My mom and I were driving from Michigan to Texas when we started having car troubles. We were desperate for help and the staff at Red River did not think twice to help us, even when we pulled into the shop right before they closed. They fit us in their schedule and our car was fixed within an hour. Red River has amazing staff that truly care about their customers! I would definitely recommend Red River for any car issues!

I would like to share my experience with Red River Ford Toyota of Wynne, a place that's setting a new standard in automotive sales!

My wife and I were on the hunt for a larger SUV to accommodate our growing family. We aimed to trade in our sporty Mercedes GLK 350 for something more spacious. Unfortunately, at other dealerships, we constantly faced salespeople attempting to upsell us on models with features we neither needed nor wanted. That changed when we reached out to Red River Ford Toyota and spoke with Shawn, a Sales Manager who genuinely wanted to help.

Shawn's response was immediate and promising. It's rare to find a Sales Manager who not only answers the phone but also dedicates time to assist a customer so efficiently. Within minutes, he found the perfect vehicle for us and assured us it could be on the lot that very afternoon. His approach was refreshingly straightforward, without any pressure to make a quick decision.

True to his word, Shawn secured the vehicle for us without requiring a deposit or causing any hassle. He informed us when it arrived on the lot, a mere forty minutes later, and even handled the preliminary paperwork over the phone, saving us a significant amount of time.

I cannot thank Red River Ford of Wynne enough after what they did for my husband! My husband and I were moving from MD to TX when his vehicle started acting up. We drove to Red River Ford just for diagnostic testing and unlike all the other dealerships we had called and couldn’t get in until mid Oct. they were able to get us in and fixed right up that next morning. Everyone at Red River Ford was absolutely wonderful and treated us like family. Thank you doesn’t seem like enough. From everyone up front to everyone in the service department in the back, my husband and I appreciate everything and couldn’t be more satisfied with the service ya’ll provided for us!

On our trip home to Indiana from Little Rock we lost our drive shaft on I40 had no idea what was around us Rick from ricks automotive towed us and recommended red river. He towed the truck and trailer on Sunday. We met with Austin from the service Dept first thing Monday morning he was very helpful and was able to get us fixed and back on the road within hours. Highly recommend for the service department

These guys are the best around! I bought my car here when I lived around the area. I live in NLR now. Can't find services like this no place else. They are ready to serve when you bring your car in for service. Someone always acknowledges you. Other dealerships make you beg for service. Red River Toyota/Ford is worth the trip back when I need my car serviced. Nice, friendly, courteous!!!!! Keep up the great work guys!!!!

Wanting to stay local and help the town I live in I choose Toyota in Wynne Arkansas. Not my first car buying experience but the best one I've had. My first car buying experience was terrible. It was great to walk in to Toyota and feel like family, these folks really care and it shows throughout the whole building. I even make a quick stop to ask service a few questions about my new vehicle. Everyone was amazing to deal with and worked with me. Big shout out to Austin in service and Brandon in sales for everything. Happy smiling faces with excellent service. I can't thank you all enough for everything. My little family is now completely happy and comfortable in our new ride.

The staff at Ross Toyota are great people to work with! I recently had to have my engine replaced due to poor service from my local mechanic and they went beyond their duty! The parts dept. were very thorough and committed to repairing my car. This wasn’t my first experience with Riss Ford Toyota, which is why I choose them to repair my car. The distance I travel for their services is well worth it! I’ve never been disappointed in any way! A special shout out to Stephanie! Her level of professionalism is to be commended as well as her patience. Another huge thank you to Nate! Honest, helpful and genuinely committed to customer service. I have a Toyota dealership 5 minutes from my house. I drove an hour and a half to do business with Ross Toyota because of the non pressure down home feeling I got speaking and working with this group of people. I'm very happy, it was well worth the trip. I don't think you will find a better group of people to work with. The Toyota name speaks for itself, when you combine that with this group of people you have a winning combination.

It was extremely easy to do business. No haggling. I determined a price I would pay, they determined a price they wanted (independently)
And we purchased because the two prices were very close. It took four phone conversations, three is which they called me. The closing was simple and direct. They also went over the features of the car thoroughly. Easiest I’ve ever bought a car. Thanks to Farrah Simmons.

Stephanie in the service dept. sent 2 of her mechanics to our hotel where our truck was having trouble when our tow truck couldnt service my families needs. They were able to fix our issues in a matter of minutes. What a great team they have. Thanks to all of them we're back on our road trip to AZ. I would definately recommend them.

We broke down in our Motor home on I 40 on a Saturday afternoon, we were fortunate to get towed into this Ford dealership. We arrived at 10pm on Saturday and early Sunday morning the owner, Jim Ross, stopped by and offered to plug us in and set us up with a rental car so we would not be stuck until Monday morning when they could look at it. Unfortunately it was a blown engine but it was covered under warranty:) we were given an awesome rental to make our way to our destination in North Carolina, they even loaned us a cooler so we didn’t have to throw away food! They had a new engine in by the next week when we returned. Now on our way to our next destination:) A huge thanks to Jim, Chris, Daniel, Brett, Stephanie and all the other staff❤

Long story short, I was already thinking about selling/trading it in well before unforeseen circumstances had me bring my truck in to get work done on it. From the time I called seeing if they could get me in to the time I walked away with a new (to me) car, it was the best experience ever. They didn’t waste my time and were extremely friendly during the entire process. From the service department to the sales department, they kept me in the loop and updated me on what was going on and helped me out immensely. Our experience at Ross Ford Toyota was excellent. Staff there could not have better. Brandon Boger was receptive to my family’s needs and didn’t stop until he found the right vehicle for us. Once we had the right vehicle Sean Lawrenz quickly got us financed. Ashley Morgan answered all my financing contract questions. And believe me I have a lot of questions! We will be back for sure.
