We had a great experience. My parents battery went dead and we took it to them and it was still inwarranty. The guy was so nice to replace it and helped Jerry carry it to the truck as well.

My vehicle stopped within a block from the store. I had attempted to jump start the vehicle which did start but it died before I could get back on the highway. My relative took me to Auto Zone to purchase a new battery. The staff sold us the battery, since we were 2 females, one of the attendants went to where my car was and installed the battery and took the old back to the store for core refund. I am so thankful for how they were willing to go the extra mile to help.
