Clean rooms/grounds, courteous service, manager very accommodating, excellent pricing. Overall pleasant throughout the several month stay.

Well.. you don't get what you pay for lol
All utilities included but still pricey. Not many other options if you cannot come up with all the deposits for a house or apartment.

VERY rude maintenance guy. His name is Bruce. He will snoop through your personal items when you’re gone, he puts his ear up to the door to hear your conversations with other people, won’t allow company, etc. I’ve stay at this place a few years ago and it was ALOT better than it is now. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
