Sarah was very helpful and especially patient in explaining the difference between my old IPhone and the new one. She set it up, put it in the case, had me check to make sure all my contacts, photos and music were saved and then showed me the steps she took in setting my old phone to factory settings and showed me when it was finished.

10/10 would recommend her to anyone asking about Verizon

Went in for a charging cord. Was helped right away. There's nothing the representative could've done about the price, but it seemed expensive.. I did feel like I was holding my ankles as I paid $30+ for a $2 cord.

Brady at the store was very quick to understand what was most important to me In a device ... and figured out the best deal for me. He transferred everything from my old phone to my new phone quickly and efficiently and I was 10 out of 10 happy!

Sometimes those of us who are of a certain age can't figure out how to do something on the smartphone. Verizon in Ozark, Ar always saves the day without making fun of us......not at least until we drive away. 😊. Rachelle performed the task but also told me about a new phone plan that will save me money. I'm very well pleased.

On the other, the store in Booneville is horrible! I canceled my account due to the Booneville store.
