Andalusia Animal Clinic

We want to make sure the clinic we took our cat to is recognized for friendly, reasonably priced, and accommodating service we received. Our 15 year old cat somehow dislocated his rear leg and we needed a vet that was accepting new patients. I won't go into prior/local vet policies but after 3 calls no one seemed to care. Our last resort would have been OnPoint in FWB but luckily we made a call to Andalusia and they were happy to see our beloved cat the same day! There were no "new patient" or unreasonable fees given the circumstances. Dr.T provided an assessment and gave us 2 options, the first was to attempt putting the leg back in socket but was unsuccessful so surgery was the end result. He's healing now but we are hopeful has many more years with us now thanks to the staff at this clinic. The front office staff were so empathetic and friendly. Dr.T even provided overnight care to keep a watchful eye over our cat. Totally unexpected and above and beyond! They have earned our business for life and this positive review. Thank you so much!!

If I could leave more stars I would! Dr. Toby Atkinson and his entire staff are absolutely the most caring people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! They are genuinely lovely & treat your fur baby (& your wallet) as a priority - they try to save you as much money as possible. My dogs go monthly for nail trimmings and medicines for chronic Illness. They are more affordable than anywhere we’ve gone. Compassion, exceptional customer service, & warmth are at the cornerstone of their practice. You will not be disappointed!

The staff here are so nice! It makes a difference when you can tell the employees love what they do and are always in a good mood. I've always gotten in and out quickly too, no sitting in the room forever waiting on the vet. 10/10 would recommend.

After taking in a feral kitten, Dr. Toby was able to see us right away, test her, and give her her shots. We can't even find a veterinarian in the FL panhandle, so we will be bringing our other animals here in the future. Friendly staff and wonderful service.

Absolutely love this place! We drove up from Crestview, FL after recommendations to go there… worth the drive!! The staff is amazing, Dr Toby is wonderful! Highly recommend!!

We have been using them for years now. We live an hour away, however the vets near us are always booked 5-6 months out. Dr. Toby’s team has always been able to see our animals within a business day or two if needed. A + Veterinarian

The clinicians at Andalusia Animal clinic are amazingly wonderful! If I could give them 10 stars I would. They are affordable, very clean (no smell) & they greet you and your baby with love. They provide everything and keep our food in stock. They make it easy for nail clips & our dog’s monthly shot - I’m in and out in less than 15 minutes & with zero appointment. They make taking the dogs to the doctors super easy. We love ❤ Dr. Toby & his staff - our babies look forward to going now. Nothing scary for them & the doctor or staff will even call you to check in! Plus they are high tech with text reminders & phone calls which helps me because I can’t always keep track. Go here & nowhere else.

Very professional and polite my Sarge is most of the time a biter but he was at ease with them so i give them 5 stars and would recommend them for your fur babies

I came home work to a very sick fur baby with a horrible ear infection. After calling my vet, being turned away, which has happened before. I called AAH. They told me to come on. They were so friendly and attentive. They got my dear Franny fixed up. I definitely found a new vet!!

We took our cat in for an emergency. We were seen promptly and treatment was given to our cat. Reasonable fee for services rendered. Kind staff and Dr. Toby was informative.

Dr Toby has took care of all my babies for over 20 years. I absolutely love the ladies in every department there. Always willing to help as much as they POSSIBLY can. I cant speak higher of one than the other.

This place was awesome. I live in Fla and could not get my dogs regular vet office or any other vet office to answer their phone or call back after message. It was getting late and I needed to have my little buddy examined asap. A friend recommended them and I called and they answered! My dog was in there within 1.5 hrs. The place was great, very nice staff they handled my dog well. The Dr was great he addressed the issue and that was it. Didn't try and do any test that were unrelated and that's exactly what i wanted. The cost was great. For the first time ever I walked out of a vet clinic not feeling robbed. My buddy is doing great now he's happy I'm happy.. I will be taking all my animals to Andalusia Animal Clinic from here on out. Highly recommend. They are a great team.

Toby Atkinson is the absolute best vet I have ever brought my animals to. Very kind and truly loves the animals he cares for. The staff is friendly, helpful and kind. I wouldn't bring my animals to any other vet now that I have used this vet's office. It is a 45 minute drive away for me but WELL worth the drive.

The wait is a touch long at times but not bad. The vet is very understanding, takes time to explain things in detail, hence the long waits. Staff are super sweet, legitimately love their jobs and certainly love animals. Prices seem reasonable, not the cheapest in town but you get more than you pay for, even Revolution is cheaper than buying it online. Extra star as it didn't smell like a badly kept kennel.
