I was over 200 miles from home when the battery in my key fob started to die and I was stressing out, worried it would die halfway home. I stopped at an O'Reilly Auto and the two employees refused to even look at it for fear they would break it and have to pay to have it replaced. Thankfully, there was an Auto Zone just down the street, and I knew they would help me there. The lady who assisted me was an expert and had a new battery installed very quickly and I was on my way home with no worries. Thank you, Auto Zone, for going the extra mile!

This AutoZone is a life saver. The people that work in there are so nice and sweet. My family and I where towed to their parking lot so my husband could replace the alternator in our van. We are from Pennsylvania and trying to get home when our alternator died on the side of the highway. A tow truck was called by AK police to come save us. They towed us to this AutoZone. Here we are a middle age man and woman with 6 kids from another state stranded. These amazing workers in AutoZone help us get all the parts and tool to get our van up and running. They left my girls charge their cellphones and stay inside out of the rain. The next morning I got a call from the manager asking if we made it home. I told her we just reach the Virginia state line so we where almost home. Thank you AutoZone you have a amazing team keep up the good work and keep the smile on your face and keep that warm welcome feeling going. When we walked into your store on Saturday 7-8-2023 we did not know each other but from start to finish I felt like we know each other for ever. Good job

On 10/17 /2022, I was traveling back home from military duty, from Missouri to Texas, when my battery died about 5 miles outside of Hope, Arkansas. I made my way to this store to find out if the battery could be recharged or to purchase a new battery. D'andre the store manager, greeted me with a smile and tested and charged my battery for me. I hung out in the store for over an hour as the battery charged, EVERY employee working that morning, was friendly and greeted almost every customer that came in by name. That is not only impressive but shows how much they pay attention to and care for the customers that shop there. After my battery charged, D'andre found me a ride back to my vehicle, they stayed to make sure it worked, then made sure I was able to drive back to the store to have tests done to make sure I wouldn't break down on the rest of my trip. The staff was friendly and helpful, I spent maybe five dollars for a slim Jim and powerade, bought no parts or tools, and the staff still went above and beyond to take care of me. I was blown away, some random stranger walks in carrying a dead battery in his backpack, and this store treats him like they see him every day. D'andre, Malik, and Shay are unfortunately the only names I got, but the two others working that day were ALL AMAZING AND FRIENDLY! While I hope I never breakdown on a road trip again, I won't worry at all if I'm close to Hope, AR.

They mostly have everything I need in stock. One time they didn’t but came in next day. Love u don’t have to wait long

Having someone who is knowledgeable and willing to help is a great thing especially when you are several hours from home. I was heading home on a 13 hour road trip in a heavy rain storm when my driver's side wiper broke. I looked on my GPS and Autozone popped up close to me. I am grateful they were open during this pandemic. Bev knew exactly which part I needed and even installed it for me. Incredible customer service even during a pandemic.............THANK YOU BEV AND THANK YOU AUTOZONE !!!

The customer service was amazing. God blessed workers and customer vincent. The manager did him favor and he helped me with my car. I'm from new Jersey and was stranded. My prayers to them.

They want to help you get what you need and will eventually come see you at your vehicle if you are still there and they go on break, the break takes backseat to helping you get the part you need then. Great people friendly and so welcoming😊
