I can't thank this shop enough. My van is my job and my world depends on it. They worked hard to get it diagnosed, get parts,find previous(different mechanic) work was leaking,and fixed that too. Aporeciated them informing me each step of the way. I felt heard. Definitely my go-to shop from now on

They’ll go above and beyond to get you back on the road. On a road trip I heard a loud noise on my left wheel. Didn’t want to be stranded so called a few shops , but they didn’t want to take me cus they were gonna close, except Jim’s mufflers! The guys stayed late to replace my wheel bearing that was wore out on my truck. The part was not available in Hope, so the owner drove to Texarkana to get the part. I was on back on the road before 8pm.

I was blowing away with the service of this muffler shop. I was told by a shop in hope it would take at lease two or three hours for the work I wanted done. Jim did it in thirty minutes. I am completely satisfied.THINK YOU JIM MUFFLER

They are great mechanics they will do anything for you or tell you where to get it done at if they cannot do it. The do all mechanics not just mufflers. They have a great personality and nice to hang around with.

Customer service was excellent but after returning home with my vehicle found exhaust leaks where pipes where not welded completely

Directions take you to pretty much middle of nowhere and when you call the phone number doesn't accept calls.
