I bought a 2019 Kia from these guys several months back. Called and told them what I was looking for and a few hours later they called and said they had something! Paid cash and drove off! Fair prices and great customer service.

Good car dealership. The owner is a pastor also so whenever you go into the office he has his bible out preparing his Wednesday night Bible study, and Sunday service lesson. I haven't had the experience of buying a car from here. Ik I've seen and delivered some very good used cars to this dealership. Stop by and let them put u in your next vehicle. Tell them Robert sent you.

They have nice cars and everything seemed nice the guy that was working on the desk was nice everything went good I've had the car for about a week and a half two weeks and the transmission has went completely out of it I can't even drive the car to work so really I only give it two stars of one and a half maybe a two on just customer service and if the car dealership knows anything about the law there is what you call a 60-day lemon law that means if anything happens to the vehicle at any time with that that 60 days even though the vehicle is as is they have to replace that vehicle or fix that vehicle that is Arkansas law so everybody that had a car and it had a car for under under 60 days has it legal right to sue

WHATEVER YOU DO, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! THEIR VEHICLES MAY LOOK NICE TO THE NAKED EYE BUT THERES A HIGH POSSIBILITY ITS A LEMON🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋 (if you’re experienced any bad dealings with this company read the complete post for the best chance for positive results)

On 2/22/2024 I purchased a 2015 Chevy Tahoe 17.5k cash for personal usage. Upon the first out of state drive of the vehicle I experienced the vehicle beginning to literally fall apart(LITERALLY). Pre the repair shop, The SUV shows signs that someone had recently replaced or repaired the transmission, in the process of reinstalling the work that was done, none of the work was tightened down or torque to specifications. As a result the components and part inside, outside and around the transmission have either lost, loose or broken nuts and bolts. Nothing is stable within the area that the work took place. The transmission has begun to separate from the engine, as well as the starter, exhaust, brackets and etc. After only being able to speak with the salesperson Drake (whom seems to be an ok guy) I was informed that the only way his owner would help is by allowing me to spend more money by utilizing the dealership personal mechanic. What a joke.. as of 4/4/2024 my lawyer has filed a complaint with the Attorney General office and the used car dealer licensing board…. All this and all they had to do was have they so called person mechanic fix the issue! 7 on your side is a viable option to spotlight this awesome scheme of a company also..

Paid $17000 for a Jeep grand Cherokee from this so called dealership. Bought it and paid cash less than a month ago, and it is undriveable. Have had to replace both batteries, both headlamp bulbs and now having to replace the transmission module and 1 other module. Have spent more than $1000 so far and it still is not drivable. As for the dealership helping me, when I could finally get a call back from someone besides the salesperson, they where no help at all. It’s all on me.said I could take it to their mechanic, but I would have to pay for it. How can you take a none running vehicle 50 miles to a mechanic..?? If it does ever run, I will be to afraid to drive it. All I know is my faith in people being honest is gone. Don’t trust this place.

Update on jeep… so far replaced fuse block, tipm, water pump, all hoses, and both batteries. Yes there are 2. And by the auto start/stop module. $17000 jeep grand Cherokee so far has cost an additional 4 grand. Thanks so much elite autoplex.
