The gentlemen working there were friendly and helpful. They helped me with everything I needed to complete a difficult auto issue. I will definitely make AutoZone my go to for any automotive needs.

I had the best experience today. A gentleman I believe named Cass changed my headlight and helped me clean my battery post. This employee went well above anything I was expecting and he was more than happy to help me. If this store manager is reading this, just know that his kindness and willingness to help me gave me hope that true customer satisfaction is still appreciated. This will be the only place I buy my automotive parts at from here on. Thank you sir for all you did today. It meant more than you know.

Richard was a animal. I travel all over the United States and was temporarily in Cabot. Stop bye here and had to get a new battery.
Replaced it in the parking lot but the problem turned out to be my alternator. Being 6.5 hours away from my home I knew I had to think quick. The battery alone wasn’t going to get me home. Richard recommended helping me change out the alternator on the spot. Took 20 minutes and I was headed home. I can’t speak highly enough about these guys. Best Auto parts store I’ve ever been apart of.
I definitely will give all my business to them moving forward

Stopped by this store to find out if the battery for my tractor was dead or just simply needed a recharge. The young lady at the counter was very helpful and placed my battery on a charger and instructed me to come back tomorrow to find out whether I need a new battery or just a recharge. She was courteous and friendly.

To the people working this evening that helped my home girl out when O’reillys wouldn’t, thank you so much! Her battery died at Walmart at 8pm, got jumped and made it to O’reillys at 8:30 where they refused to change her battery and told her she could pay someone they know to do it. 10 minutes before close she walked into AutoZone, bought a battery and got it swapped out, and then back on the road with her trunk full of perishable groceries. Thank you so much for your great customer service.

I broke down on Hwy 67 Tuesday afternoon. I talked to John at auto zone wed morning about cost and repairs for car, he gave me cost and lined me up with a mobile mechanic that was local. He saved my day! Both of my sons was so proud that these two men had took care of their elderly mom. John even got me a chair to sit in while repairs were done. Thank God for people like John and Chase!

Richard was so helpful today! He took his time and walked me through the steps of how to remove and replace a part for my son's truck. I received kind, professional, excellent service today! Thanks again, Richard!

Autozone in cabot, arkansas went out of their way to help us repair my daughters truck . It had a bad sparkplug and we purchased a plug.we had no tools with us and had purchased a socket and extension that the loaner tool set was missing .and needed another short extension. Onebof the guys had his wife bringvhis personal tool set up to us .we repaired it so they could drive back to oklahoma and we could drive back to mississippi . Thanks so much for going out of your eay.

I went to buy windshield wipers and if you ask the workers they will put it on for you if you like them to. The guy that was helping me was very nice and helpful

The store was very helpful! We had a part that I had purchased at home in North Carolina and the part went out appear in Arkansas I had no problem returning the part and they overdided me a party in would be the next morning and no charge warrantied everything no hassle whatsoever. Way to go AutoZone

Had great service from 1 out of 3 employees. One said I needed expensive tools, but the one guy pulled me to the side and sold me the same things in different sizes for $6.00 instead of $25. He was AWESOME !
