The employees that work here are extremely friendly & always patient with everyone that walks through the door that needs assistance.

Prices are way over inflated. But its that way everywhere. Service was great

Courteous staff, always willing to make sure anything I ship is up to standard, and don't charge extra when they lend a hand, tape, box etc.

I do not understand why they are so adamant about not communicating with their customers. Its beyond my comprehension why this establishment cannot deliver mail to both sides of a ten feet street, and mandates me to put my mailbox on my neighbors yard. Every time I have had the misfortune of dealing with Newport Post Office, it has left me disappointed. Be prepared to hardly ever have important mail documents delivered before time limit for replies has expired. Regrettably, one of the laziest and inefficient post offices I have ever dealt with.

This post office should be shut down. They keep your mail until they feel like delivering it, the staff is very rude. If you ever call and ask about your mail the staff laughs at you and then keeps the mail your looking for extra days. Shut it down.
