I would give this zero stars, but since that is not possible, I can say that my experience was pathetic and extremely infuriating. I was starting to feel unwell mid afternoon on Sunday and found them listed as having Sunday hours.. I called about 3pm to make sure they could see me. I was told that was fine and that they closed at five and saw their last patient at 4:30 pm. We arrived nearby at 4:07 and called to verify their location. We were told that they had already taken their last patient (mind you it was 4:07) and were closing. I was shocked. Any office I have ever visited will wait until 4:30 in case someone needs to come in for that last call. I argued and told them that I was there in plenty of time to be seen and had nowhere else to go. I was ultimately told to go to the emergency room, they said they were closed and just hung up in my ear. How shameful to treat people who are seeking care that way. Don't lie and tell callers that they will see their last patient at 4:30 if you really mean anytime between 3 and 4. Life is challenging enough. People who work in healthcare have an even greater obligation to meet this challenge when patients are sick and/or pain. What a said, upsetting disappointment this turned out to be.
