I have been with this bank for a while. I had trouble with my Card today But Sue Gates helped me

Every time that I need some extra help, Chris or Martha are always there for me.

I am actually just doing a review because I am completely satisfied with my service here. I have heard several bad stories about banks involving taxes, overdrafts, identity theft etc. However, I have never had a bad experience. They call me for suspicious purchases, I have overdraft protection, I use paperless billing that saves me 4.00 a month, and I love their mobile app. I also have had an issue with the app password and I was able to get it resolved rather quickly by Ashley from the Tuckerman Branch. My one complaint is that one of my bills requires a money order and I went to the bank for one and they charged me--even with an account there-- 3.00 for a money order. I have to get one every month, so I will have to change venues for those. However, the service over the years wins and I look forward to many more years of drama free banking with M&P.

Called to ask questions about starting a checking, girl was not helpful and very short with me. Went to Regions where they are friendly

This bank will charge you 4 overdraft fees compared to only one over draft you do. I would never recordmend this bank to no one. The customer service you get in book keeping will get mad because you want to speak to a supervisor and then not return ur fees u was fasly charged with. Also the bank manager will hang up on you just because u r stating fact to them and also they will steal from you because that's exactly what they are doing to me and my family to charge over 100 dollars for one over draft you completed that is actually only 27 dollars. It's ridiculous if u use this bank get out now.

If you want to get ripped off this is the bank for you!
